Walking up without the warm body of your lover was a challenge, that you would admit. Sitting up in the f/c sheets, you glanced at your phone, many of the notifications was friends and family telling everyone to stay safe, then there was Bakura, curing left and right on how this was bullshit and they can't hold him hostage with Ryou, he would drive the poor boy and his two and raven insane. Sighing heavily you filed his number, this was going to be fun, the dialing rang for a bit before a loud meowing swayed your attention, your cat, Everest, the large Norwegian forest cat you owned, was yelling at you. " y/n! I miss you, this is also bloody bullshit" you heard Bakura clearly but you were also walking across your home with a large cat tangling herself in between your legs," baby i know, come on, here ya go" you fed Everest petting her,  " y/n i was about to say, i didn't realize you liked pet names, but then remembered the damn cat" petting Everest one last time, you walked to the living room" sorry, she was demanding her mom for food" you said twirling a strain of h/t h/c hair between your fingers," that cat is not your child, its a fluffy beast that attacks my ankles,"  you heard a door open on his end of thee line," i raised her when her mother abandoned her, i decided i would be her mother" you said giggling at Bakura's ankle bitting name for her." Y/n, i have to go, I'll see you soon" panic filled your body, this was quarantine, he  couldn't break that rule" Bakura now wait-" he hung up, " shit" you placed your phone down dreading what Bakura was doing. Everest jumped on your lap, her long silly fur soft beneath your hand.

Bakura pov

I hung up on y/n as i walked to her home, i didn't need anything, i had a small stash of belongings at her home. A black bandana around my face as I kept pace, Ryou tried,

"Bakura you are not coming back in this house once you step outside," Ryou said with Nyx, his raven on his shoulder, " I'm going to y/n" i said lacing my shoes," Bakura i am Telling you, your not leaving" Ryou was much bolder now '" i will eat that chicken on your shoulder" I wouldn't, Nyx was a good bird, the shock on Ryou's face was priceless, " go then, you will not eat my lovely Nyx" he said holding the bird, i took my leave.

I was half way to her home when a loud shout caught me. By surprise, a law enforcement officer was driving up towards my place on the sidewalk, shit.

A loud knock at your door caught your attention, getting up from the sofa you became part of, you made your way towards your door, opening it only to see Bakura with a black bandanna around his nose and mouth,  along with a law enforcement officer, " your y/n L/n? " he asked," y-yes, " " Bakura here went a bit far from home," he said as Bakura walked to your side," do stay inside sir,  don't leave your wife alone sir" the officer bid farewell as you closed the door and pretty much shoved Bakura into the bathroom" your not kissing me until you clean the outside off you" you said trying to gather how the hell Bakura even got himself here,

Bakura walked towards you with a pleased smile, black sweatpants and a lose tank, he really was making himself comfy now. " Bakura what the fuck" you said as he sat down near you," i wanted to stay here, with you," he said satisfied " Bakura" you glared at him, he flashed a nervous smile, he could lie to anyone, but you, that he had trouble doing," i may have told the man, you were my wife, who was expecting and i got stuck at a friends, and you texting and calling me afraid may have been the lie," he said pulling you into his arms. " Bakura thats bad! And i know the ring was used," you said looking into his red eyes, they. Shone with mischief, "perhaps, but I'm here now, so quarantine doesn't bother me anymore" he said " Bakura I'm not expecting or your wife" you said, firstly you were Engaged yes, but expecting, no " with time, you will be the most lovely bride, and a child is optional, your body on that matter, especially in times like this, thats the last thing we need at this time. " he said as he yelped, " this creature you call your child is a pain in the ass " he said as Everest bit his ankles. Picking Everest up, you placed the large cat on Bakura's lap, she looked at him then at you with a ' what the everlasting hell did you just put me on', face,  maybe now that Bakura was here, you wouldn't be so bored.
