It's been a few weeks since Viggo had return back home. The bickering between Regina and Lord Beerus had died down but still the anger was still burning. It was late at night as Regina sat up in bed and sadly looked to her mate's sleeping form.

She thought to herself as she gently placed her hand over her growing belly.

Regina let out a sad sigh as she quietly got off the bed for to not disturb her mate. She walked through the flight of stairs and hallways. She then made her way to Viggo's bedroom and smile as she peek to see him sleeping before slipping back out.

Regina smiled gently before heading out to the balcony for to enjoy the cool air. Unknowingly Lord Beerus was actually awake, fake sleeping.

"You should be resting, your sleeping for two, you know"

Lord Beerus said quietly as he stepped out to the balcony and stood a few feet behind Regina. Regina turn around to face him and sadly looked down.

"I couldn't sleep. I'm still angry at you, but for my sake and for our son's sake I need to let it go and move on"

She said as she looked back up to him. Lord Beerus took a few steps until he was standing in front of her.

"The guilt is eating me Regina, I should have stopped it from happening but instead I let it happen"

He said as he closed his eyes in shame.

"Don't get me wrong, I still love you, but we got married for better or worst. This was just one of those times and you failed. You failed in our marriage and you failed me. Where do I go from here?"

She said placing her hand over her chest.

"I'll wait and I promise I will continue to wait and hold you close to me for I can take away all your pain"

Lord Beerus said as he open in his eyes and placed his hand over her hand that was on her chest.

"Don't push me away because I'm here to stay"

Regina shut her eyes as she felt her tears wanting to come back but Lord Beerus immediately pulled her into his arms and held her close, embracing her tightly.

"Forgive me, forgive me, forgive me"

Lord Beerus said repeating the words over and over into Regina's ear. Regina slowly pulled away so she can look at him before leaning up on her toes and pressed her lips against his. Lord Beerus was surprise at the stunt but nonetheless welcome it.

"I do forgive you"

Regina said once she pulled away from the kiss. Lord Beerus happily smiled as he got down on his knees and embrace her, lightly nuzzling his snout to her belly where the baby was growing.

"Thank you"

He whispered.

"You're welcome"

She said as she stroke his head. The sweet moment was interrupted when a small grumble came from Regina's belly causing her to blush as her mate pulled back and looked up at her with a smirk.

"Shut up, it's not me, it was the baby"

She said with a huff. Lord Beerus stood up and wrap his tail around her waist as he wrap his arm over her shoulder.

"Then let's go feed the baby"

He said as he lead her back inside and headed straight to the kitchen. Regina hop up on the chair as Lord Beerus looked through the fridge.

"Now let's see what there is to eat. What exactly are you hungry for?"

He asked as he looked through everything. Regina smiled.

"Pickles and Ice cream"

She said. The smiled on Lord Beerus's face disappeared as he looked at her.

"That sounds disgusting"

"It's what I'm craving"

"No, I don't think so, I know cravings and this isn't one of them. It's an abomination to food."

"Would you relax, it's not like I'm asking you to eat it"

"I don't want you eating that"

He said as he grabbed a couple of fruits that they had gotten from other planets that were spared.

"How about this with cool whip, I got it from Bul... I mean you know back at Earth"

He said as he quickly tried to recover what he said. Regina slightly smiled at him and leaned over the counter to give him a kiss on the lips.

"Sounds good"
