Captain my Captain Book3

I've got no plans tomorrow night

I walk to the area where I keep my suit and gagets .    I'm stuffing a knife into my boot when Steve knocks on the wall announcing his presence . "Time to go boss ?" I ask sliding my bowstaff into its holster .  

"In a minute , I wanna talk about what happened back in the lab " He tells me . Before I can answer I hear Wanda call my name . " We'll talk about this later Stevie " I tell him , walking past to the Maximoff girl.

I sit with Tony , Steve , and Bruce on the jet waiting for the others.  

"No way we all get through this . If even one tin soldier is left standing we've lost. There's gonna be blood on the floor . " Tony says

"I've got no plans tomorrow night . " Steve jokes

"I get first crack at the big guy. Iron Man's the one he's waiting for. "

"Thats true . He hates you the most" The Vision says walking behind us . The comment made me laugh . 

Now that everyone is ready and we're in the air Steve decides to give us one of his famous speeches . "Ultron knows we're coming . Odds are we'll be riding into heavy fire. And thats what we signed up for. But the people of Sokovia , they didn't. So our priority is getting them out. All they want is to live their lives in peace.  And thats not gonna happen today. But we can do our best to protect them.  And we can get the job done. We find out what Ultron's been building . We find Romanoff .  And we clear the field. Keep the fight between us. Ultron thinks we're monsters. That we're whats wrong with this world. This isn't just about beating him . It's about whether he's right."

I was guding people out of their cars and home's telling them they need to evacuate and show them where to go . " Come on go , go " I tell them pushing their backs to go . 

I was helping a little girl to her mom when one of Ultrons robots climbed out of the river and grabbed me by the ankle . I shrieked but quickly regained my composure and crushed its curcits with my purple essence , disabling it .  

The citizens start screaming in fear of the robots and I guide them away from the attackers while also destroying them. I see Steve ahead and push the civilians towards him while killing robots . 

I move away from the people so I dont hurt them and destract the robots from hurting anyone other than me or the Avengers.    I stick my arms out taking control of the robots and slamming them together repatedly to break them . Once I finish those I drop pieces of building onto others.  its disapointing i cant use my charmspeak on machines

The ground started to shake and brake . I grabbed onto a near by car for support looking around in confusion . Building's were falling into the ground along with some people and cars . 

I make my way back over to the bridge where Steve is fighting some robots . Helping him out I crushed some of their heads making them fall to the ground . " Steve what the hell is happening?" I ask . We stand on the edge of the bridge watching parts of the city pull away from us and get smaller . 

" Do you see , the beauty of it ?" we hear Ultron ask as the city continues to rise. "The inevitability. Your rise , only to fall. You Avengers , you are my meteror. My swift and terrible sword. And the Earth will crack with the weight of your failure. Purge me from your computers, turn my own flesh against me. It means nothing. When the dust settles , the only thing living is the world . Would be metal".  A robot sneaks up behind Steve and I drop him into a portal to nowhere before he can even strike. 

Steve and I turn to face eachother , the wind is throwing my hair around like a rag doll and me, being me forgot to bring a hair tie . "Stevie I-I" I say looking at him slightly fearfull . Fuck it

Rushing up to him I put my hands behind his neck and pull him into a kiss . He seemed suprised but quickly responded , wrapping his arms around my waist deepening the kiss . Our lips move against eachother in sync , molding together like they were made just to do this. Sparks flew through my body and I almost forget the world around me . The kiss was sweet and passionate . It was everything I expected it to be and more.  I pull away and rest my my forehead against his catching my breath . "I love you Stevie" I tell him before killing a bunch of bots coming at us and run off to kill more .
