Chapter 2

David's Perspective

I'm headed back to the studio today , I think my lady's going to tag along too .

We got dressed after we showered together , and then went for the door
When we got the studio , there was a couple guys from my hometown I recognize

"What's good Clarence! Long time no see man" I said "Ahhhh, my mans" Clarence said coming to dap me up ,"This is my girl Amari , Amari this is my man Clarence" I said introducing them to one another
Amari and Clarence shook hands and he introduced his girl to Mari

The girls went to the couches and Clarence and I went to talk in the booth .
" Yo man , it's been a long time , what's good brother" Clarence said "Mannnnn, it's all good over here" I replied

We did a little chitchat for a minute then we all headed back to the  house .

"You guys have a beautiful home" ,Clarence's girlfriend Essence said

"Well I appreciate it" , I said with a smile plastered on my place

Amari's Perspective

I watched David as he and Essence exchanged words
I'm not that type of girl , but I must admit I'm not too fond of anyone being in David's face .
I shook it off , and went in the kitchen

Surprisingly , Clarence was in there
"Hey Amari" Clarence said in a VERY flirtatious manner  "Hi Clarence , where's Essence?" I said trying to change the subject . Just as I asked , Essence and David came walking into the kitchen

"What's the plan for tonight" Clarence said curiously
"We can just chill, we have a second room if you guys would like to stay the night" David replied

Things seemed very suspicious between David and Essence , my intuition never lies
I just don't like the fact of them being together , alone at that .

" well honey let's go to bed" Essence said pulling Clarence into the bedroom  , we all exchanged words and called it a night . I went in the kitchen and did something I never thought I'd do again , I went and rolled a blunt . As I rolled it , everything that had been going on flashed before me . David came into the kitchen and asked "Can I hit it?" I looked surprised and passed it to him

After two or three blunts . I was off my ass
David was staring at me as always , and I looked at him and asked , "what?" He said " nothing , can I admire you baby" I smirked and said " sure babe"
Shortly after , we went to the room and laid down watching movies . I dozed off minutes into the first movie

David's Perspective

Mari had fallen asleep on me as always , so I went to the living room so I could let her rest
I sat and wrote music like I always do when I'm unable to sleep . Essence came in the room where I was and sat beside me . I continued to focus on writing and she said " Hey David , do you not remember me?"

It took me for a loop but , before Queen and I made things official , I was in the world , and I mean OUT THERE, Essence was a girl that I dated a while back
She was bisexual , so she was into the idea of open relations . Every time she threw that at me I dogged the conversation . She ended up leaving me for one of my friends and I never seen her since then

" Yea I do" I said
" I miss us , and i wish that I never took it for granted . I know you love Amari so , I hope that we can be good friends" She said
" I appreciate the apology but I can't do that, I know of your intentions and I'm uninterested" I said , after that I put my things up and went to bed

The Next Morning

Essence's Perspective

I woke up next to Clarence and I stared before getting up to take a shower . Clarence shuffled in the bed as I got up and said " baby where are you going"
"I'm taking a shower Clare, wanna join?"
Clarence looked at me and grinned as he got up to come with me .

We got out of the tub 45 mins later and went to say Goodmorning to Amari and David

What David said last night weighed heavy on my mind , and I know it was a long time ago , I just wish that I was aware of the kind of man he was when I had him ... my thoughts were interrupted when Clarence said " Babe , I'll be back , Amari and I are going to the Store , wanna tag along ?"
I payed it no mind and said " I'll stay ,go ahead"

David was in the next room , painting and humming to songs when I knocked on his door and said " hey you"

"I had on a robe and nothing else under it so I decided to walk to him . David payed me no mind and continue doing his thing . He finally looked up after a while and there I stood in front of him .
Before he could say anything I whispered in his ear " I know the reason why you left New Orleans" as I pulled away from him , I saw the shocked expression on his face. He began to panic and asked me "what can I do , I'll do anything , just don't tell anyone else"
I did nothing but told him "Leave Amari" ....

David looked as if he wanted to cry but I didn't care . Just as long as I got what I wanted out of him. He knew exactly what I wanted so , he proceeded
He went down and opened my legs spreading them as far as they could go. He admired my body continued to rub my lady parts . I laid my head back in ecstasy as my body shivered from the feelings he gave me

He looked me in my eyes hungrily , David flipped me on my stomach and made me arch my back as he ate me out . He placed his tongue on my pearl and flickered backwards and forwards until I let go and creamed all over his face, I heard noises as if people were in the house , but I didn't care we kept going
David was going in and out me as fast as he could as the door opened

I saw Clarence and Amari standing there in shock
Until I realized , I was still in my bed and it all was a dream...
