Chapter twelve 열 둘 (EDITED)

 Me and the boys continue to fight the ninja like men and to be honest they are tough. They are really tough.

While we are fighting them I saw the queen being dragged somewhere by one of the men. Something seems off though, the queen didn't fight back or struggled she just let the man took him.

Me and Jungkook looked at each other, and as if we are having telepathy we nodded and chased the man and the queen.

Before that there were only two more guys who were fighting so we killed them immediately and all of us chased the two.

We quietly followed them and saw that they were going to the king's bedroom where the king was staying.

The man disappeared and the queen entered the room without permission. The maids and eunuchs were killed and the man also entered the room.

We entered the room also in secret and began to listen to what they're saying.

"It's fun isn't it... having the rebels attacking the palace, right on the birthday of the second oldest prince." The queen stated, anger began to build up inside of me but I kept it in.

"You...you monster! You even have the guts to come back to the palace after killing the minister!" The king said in anger and fear.

"Aww... how awful it is to see that the king's love for his beloved queen being shattered because of betrayal." The queen said with a fake sad mocking tone in her voice.

We can't go out of our hiding spot, because we just noticed that there are more rebels outside waiting to come out. If we went out of our hiding spot it will be the end of us.

The queen said many more statements, where she told the story of why they are doing this and explained more about her future goals in the kingdom.

We also found out that they are also the same rebels who almost destroyed Busan, and I'm guessing they are going to use Namgyeong's power to destroy other kingdoms.

When we all heard that the boys began to get more angry. To prevent them from attacking the rebels without thinking I think of a plan on how to get out of the room.

"Seokjin, does every room here have another room connected to it?" I asked Seokjin in a whispering voice.

"Yes in the king's room there are two connected rooms to it... the library and the bathroom why?" Seokjin answered and asked at the same time.
"Which one is closer to us, like that door across from us what is that room?"

"That is the library." He answered shortly.

"Okay... so here's the plan, we won't fight them since we are out numbered right now. So here's what were going to do..." I told them the plan and they all agreed.

Since luck is on our side I looked up the ceiling and saw four long pieces of what I'm guessing is wood. It connects four large pillars and one of them is where we are hiding right now. The woods are wide and strong enough for us to be on it.

Since there is a large curtain behind us, we secretly removed it and continued our plan. Jimin decided that he will go up first and tie the curtain on the wood for us to climb on.

I don't know how we managed to do that, but at least the plan worked successfully.

Once we were all at the top, we untied the curtain and walked to across the wooden platform. We tied the curtain to the other end and get back to the ground again.

If we just walk or run across the man that is with the queen will notice since he is facing our way. Since it's already dark outside the ceiling also becomes dark unless more candles were lit up.

We all got down and entered the library and because Namjoon is being himself, he accidentally broke the handles of the door while closing it. It caused a loud noise which made all the attention turn to us.

The man immediately killed the king and chased after us together with his minions.

We closed the door fast and blocked it with empty shelves and tables. We all looked at Namjoon shocked, because of what he did.

Seokjin just sighed and said,

"Of course, breaking things will always be there for you Namjoon... As always."

We all heard banging on the door, it's so strong that it moves all the shelves and tables to the side. The boys began to panic while I think of something.

"Jin, is there a secret door or something?" I asked,

"Unfortunately no, but there are large windows on the back side." He said, I then looked at Namjoon and the others followed.

"We have no choice hyung, you need to do it or were all dead." Taehyung said, we all agreed and Namjoon sighed.

"Can someone at least help me?" He asked, I look at Jungkook since he's one of the strongest and Jungkook just nodded.

"Where is the window going to lead us to?" Jimin asked,

"Into the garden and there's a path way there leading to the horses and lastly to the forest." Taehyung answered, Jimin nodded and we ran to the back part of the library.

The rest of us decided to get some things that are strong enough to break the window to help the two strong men.

We decided to open two windows and ran again towards the horses at the small hut where the animals are put in.

The men who were chasing us have disappeared, but we still need to be alert. In the small hut we found some weapons and grab them also with some food. We all put the food in a sack and left with the horses.

A day has passed and we decided to look for a small village around to stay at least for some time until we reached Busan, to inform about the upcoming attack.

According to my studies in my freshman year, the revolution was made to bring justice to the people who were affected by the unfair government. But the unfair government has ended many years ago.

It was the time where Seokjin's grand parents made a revolution against the unfair government of Namgyeong, but some the government officials managed to survive and taught their descendants about doing the next revolution which is happening now.
