"So you're telling me that a space ship just like, landed in the middle of a field?"

"Space pod, Joon. And it definitely didn't have a graceful landing. It's more of a crash to me."

Namjoon rolls his eyes at his friend's remark. They were unable to get really close to whatever had crashed in the middle of the day. The policemen and detectives were the only ones who could get close enough to get real details, so Taehyung and Namjoon were stuck just making things up on the sidelines. Taehyung nudges his elbow in Namjoon's ribcage, eliciting a gasp from Joon.

"Bet you could make a cool story involving this space crash."

"Taehyung, can you please stop trying to give me useless motivation? I'm doing just fine on my own." The two males begin walking away. Everyone in Korea already knows about this strange occurrence, so there's no way a news station won't cover it. On top of that, if Namjoon ever really did need some inspiration, the crash wasn't terribly far from where he lived. Just one trip in the night and Namjoon will have everything he needs. Taehyung pouts and crosses his arms, sighing loudly.

"Why do you hate me so much Hyung? I am nothing but good to you. And my motivation is useful and good for your soul!" He claims, and Namjoon looks at him from across the hood of his car with a certain look that has Taehyung bottom lip pushing out in a bigger pout. They both slip into the car and Namjoon turns it on when Taehyung lets out an exaggerated sigh.

"Joon-hyung, something felt off about that whole crash." He says, voice actually laced with seriousness for the first time in a while. Namjoon licks the inside of his cheeks as he begins driving Taehyung to his house. It was getting late and he didn't want Taehyung to chew him out again for not getting enough beauty sleep. But the mention of the crash has even Namjoon getting slightly nervous.

"Why?" He asks in a surprisingly calm yet questioning tone. Taehyung plays with the leather of his seatbelt as he stares out the window. The crowd originally surrounding the crash had died down a bit, but both males could see the several different news stations wanting to get the top story for tonight.

"Something tells me... that the government might try to hide whatever this is." Taehyung starts, and Namjoon stops at a red light before looking at him expectantly. While he mostly didn't like listening to Taehyung's 'government conspiracies', this was a rather weird event to happen. Maybe it was worth hearing.

"Like, what if- and just hear me out- this was some sort of alien crash landing?" Tae stares straight ahead, eyes staring like he was studying the cracks in the road. Namjoon swallows as he begins driving again once the light flicks to green. "There have been a lot of patterns of interceptions in communications, speaking a language that doesn't look human at all. There have been articles of an abundance of gas nebula right outside of our atmosphere, space gas that can basically render anything inside of the cloud invisible."

Namjoon listens with all ears while also trying to concentrate on the road. He usually doesn't let what Taehyung says get to him, but the information was adding up in the other's theory swimmingly. What if... what if-

Taehyung suddenly giggles and Namjoon looks over quickly. Taehyung waves it off, trying to let out the rest of his giggles so he could actually speak.

"I'm just messing with you hyung. While the government sucks ass, aliens don't exist." He says and Namjoon's eyelids drop into an unimpressed look. He stops the car in front of Taehyung's house and immediately unlocks the doors.

"Get the hell out of my car."

This evokes more laughter from Taehyung, who painfully slowly unbuckles his seatbelt and begins to escape the vehicle. Before closing the door again, Taehyung looks at Namjoon and winks, blowing a kiss.
