"What?"

"There is an alien in. My. Living Room."

There was a pause on the other end before Namjoon hears a soft laugh on the other end. Any hope Namjoon had inside of himself slowly died away and he swallowed hard.

"Hyung, is this because I made the alien joke?" Taehyung says in between laughs, and Namjoon opens his mouth to speak. "Look, I'm sorry. I didn't think it would provoke you to do this."

"No! No, Tae I'm being serious. I need you to-"

"Look, it was nice that you called to tell me about your new alien friend. Make sure to ask them questions for me, okay? I'm going to bed now." Namjoon's heart was beginning to sink.

"Tae, Taehyung please just listen to me! I need you to come here and..." His voice trails off when he realizes that on the other end it was just a light static. Namjoon's breathing gets a little faster.

He had a few things he could do in this situation. First, he needs to process what was going on.

First of all, Namjoon gets home just to see that someone he's never seen before was in there already. Hearing the vague backstory, Namjoon can come to the conclusion that- if this guy is telling the truth- they're an alien. Of course, this could just be some insane guy who escaped some sort of insane asylum and decided to seek refuge in his home. If that were the case, one of Namjoon's plans of action was beyond dangerous.

Second of all, the closest police station was near Taehyung's house, so about 30 minutes away, even if driving urgently. Namjoon would need to play it off as if he never did anything to sell out Seokjin and he would need to distract them long enough to make sure the police could do their police shit smoothly. Namjoon felt like he was on the verge of a panic attack.

Despite everything that had happened, the guy on his living room couch didn't seem like a threat. They seemed like a damn blessing if anything. They were beyond attractive. Supernaturally attractive. It was insane. Namjoon is no stranger to his sexuality. Bisexual and proud. But he's never seen a guy so attractive before, and it was kind of fucking with him.

He shakes himself off. He needs the whole story. Maybe he could pry out some sort of proof that the other was just telling him a hoax story to coax Namjoon into allowing him to stay. Always a possibility. Namjoon just needs to be calm, discrete about his intentions. Easy enough.

The young male begins to walk back downstairs, peeking down before fully walking down to see that Seokjin was still on the couch, infatuated with whatever on the screen. Obviously Namjoon wasn't discrete enough, because Seokjin didn't even look over to him when speaking.

"Earth's technology is so different from other planets in space, Namjoon." He says. Namjoon tenses at the mention of his name, but he just swallows hard and sits on the couch. He stays a ways away from Seokjin, noticing how the other looked at the space between them and frowned, but looked back at the screen regardless. Namjoon licks his lips for the main purpose of just wetting them when he looks in Seokjin's direction briefly.

"How so?" He asks, and Seokjin jumps slightly. Like he wasn't expecting the other to respond to his statement. Their ears heat up a bit as they sit up more, clearing their throat.

"Well, defense and weapon wise, Earth would have no chance against my planet. Or so I believe. I don't know all of your weaponry yet." He says, then looking back to the television with a look of childlike wonder. "But, then you have this. A television, right?" Namjoon nods. "My planet has nothing like it. Entertainment there is just playing with lost souls." He states and Namjoon furrows his eyebrows in pure confusion. Even if Seokjin was an alien, why would he just openly state such facts to Namjoon? Were they not scared? If Namjoon were from another planet, he would not be so open about it to another completely different species.
