"Oh shit! My sister will have my head", Toby jumped out of bed, successfully waking me before packing his bag.
"Why are you yelling? It's just 7:00am..." I realized and jumped out of bed when I figured I was almost late for my music lessons.
"I will use Aurora's bathroom you can make use of mine", I took off my shirt and went to sister's room and saw that she was asleep, clutching to the teddy bear Tee got for her. I should get one of those for Cammy.
Exactly ten minutes later we were downstairs with my mum that had yet again prepared an amazing breakfast for us both.
"Good morning Mrs. J, you are definitely the woman of my dreams", he dreamily sang and shoved a spoon of cereal into his mouth still checking the time.
"Good morning boys. Thanks Toby", she pecked me and ushered me to eat before leaving the kitchen to get some rest I hope.
"What time are you supposed to be home?" I asked with a mouth full of cereal
"Animal", I heard Rory scoff behind me still holding to the teddy bear.
"7:30 because I have to walk Milo, Rage and Cookie while my sister prepares food for everyone before mum gets back from Tim's school", he hurriedly explained after taking the last spoon of cereal with Rory wrapped around his back.
"Your dogs scare the shit out of me.", I cringed and my sister laughed
"Well I have music practice with Stanley and you know how much he hates tardiness", I grumbled and poured another cereal into my bowl
"Have you called Jane Ann to know if she's still interested in partnering up with you", Aurora asked and sat comfortable between his legs.
"She is yet to respond bur I really hope she does, that is my one way ticket to gaining admission to my dream school", I dreamed and indirectly praised Ann.
"You better hope she does because she is fire, I don't understand how one tiny little princess could play violin, keyboard, guitar, trumpet, harp and still hit crazy notes when singing. Like dam I just love that girl", he genuinely praised my partner's work due to his love for music.
"You seem to know much about her and apparently love her", Rory nagged which made me roll my eyes. Was she really getting jealous of someone that was not even bathing a lash at Tee?
"Babe what are you talking about, everyone knows my obsession with music so I'll be dammed if I don't give the necessary accolade to a person who deserves it", he was shrugged deliberately ignoring my sister which I appreciated.
"But not disrespecting me by saying you love her in front of me", making me want to strangle or open her eyes to see that my friend was hopelessly in love with her.
"So now you think I am disrespecting you for saying I love someone that appreciates music as much as your brother and I? Someone I have seen only on YouTube and heard on audio", he growled, I really could not blame him.
"Babe I'm s..." she tried to apologize but he was not having it at least not today
"You know what? I have no time for this because I actually have meaningful things to do. Have fun and call me when you feel better. Piyo we'll see later", he stood and skillfully dodged her peck considering the fact that she was between his legs, before giving me a bro hug and heading for the door.
"Do you think I overreacted, I had a point to be upset you know", she lamely defended as I eyed her angrily.
"I'll tell you in a very simple way for you to understand. If you continue this way, you'll push him into the arms of another girl. Take time and improve on your security and trust in him. If it was me I won't even answer you because I hate naggers", I honestly told her and put mine and Tee's bowl into the kitchen sink.
