Bucky was walking around the city when he got a message from Steve
"Meet at the pool"
Bucky looked confused at the message, why would he want to go to the pool
He decided to call Steve for some clarfication
"You better have an explanation for this you punk" Bucky teasingly said
"You'll just have to find out" Steve laughed
"What are you planning" Bucky asked him curiously
"I'm not saying anything until you get here"
He arrived at the pool and as he walked around a sort of familiar song came on
Watching every motion in my foolish lovers game
On this endless ocean, finally lovers know no shame
The first time, Bucky was introduced to the song it was when he and Steve went on their first date in a while
It was cheesy but he loved it
"Boo" Steve jumped from behind him
"Oh my god" Bucky stepped back from him
"Haha scared you" Steve teased
"Punk" Bucky rolled his eyes

"Wanna take a dip" Steve motioned towards the pool
"I wonder why no one's here" Bucky asked

"I may have asked Tony to let the whole pool be just for us today" Steve blushed
"Really" Bucky asked
"Yeah surprise" Steve said
"Why do you constantly surprise me" Bucky giggled a bit
"Oh so you like it" Steve smirked
"Um you know maybe yes" Bucky blushed
"So welcome to our new secret place even if its for today" Steve told him
"I love it" Bucky smiled

"Aw Steve" Bucky blushed even harder than before

Bucky was gonna respond with something a little sarcastic when Steve suddenly said
"Let's get wet"
Watching, I keep waiting, still anticipating love

Bucky screamed as Steve pulled him into the water and when he managed to react, Steve laughed beside him
"You got me wet, I don't have a change of clothes" Bucky complained
"Are you sure about that because I have some just in case" Steve pointed to a backpack that was full of stuff
"Honestly you scared me" Bucky sighed
"Hey Buck" Steve asked
"What" Bucky turned to look at him
"Just be quiet for a minute" Steve smiled at him before kissing him
Bucky first thought that this was the sweetest thing Steve has ever done
And that was saying something
But he felt his breath being taken away not in a bad way
It was just the way Steve made him feel
"So was this your plan" Bucky laughed softly
"Wanting to kiss you in a pool then yes" Steve smiled
"Dork" Bucky kissed his cheek
Turning and returning to some secret place inside
Watching in slow motion as you turn around and say

"So was there anything else you wanted to do" Bucky asked
"Well I wanted to just spend some time with you but I have one more thing" Steve said before going underwater
Bucky was a little worried but neverless he followed Steve's lead before he got pulled into a kiss again
It was short but sweet
When they went back up, Bucky asked
"A pool kiss and an underwater kiss"
"Surprise" Steve said again
"This is the best day ever" Bucky laughed
"Well that's two of my bucket list" Steve joked

The song still played in the background which made it a even more romantic moment
"I love you so much" Steve kissed him again
Bucky didn't even have to respond, he said the same thing with that kiss
And that took his breath away everytime
