"Mommy are you sure about this place we are going? How far away is it?" Rosie asked. "It's a little far from here but trust me, we'll be just fine." Ramona said lifting a box into the moving truck. "What about ice cream? Do they have ice cream?" Henry asked Ramona and she smiled. "Yes, they have amazing ice cream I promise."
"And they have amazing bourbon, but I think you guys are a bit young to drink." Damon said popping his head from behind the moving truck as he closed the door. The twins laughed as they got in the car.
"Damon, I told you the moving people would drive the truck, you didn't have to." "I know, I know. But this way I can you unpack too." Damon said getting in the truck giving Ramona a side smile. She kissed him on the cheek and walked back to her car.
It started to rain, which made the twins sleepy. Rose lifted her head up before falling asleep. 'Momma?" The small brunette said in a sleepy voice. "Yes Rosie?" Ramona answered. "Where are we going?"Ramona hesitated, she realized in all of this, she forgot to tell the kids. "Mystic Falls, Virginia. I've lived there before, there are other witches like you and Henry in the town, trust me I think you'll love it." Rosie nodded her head. "Momma, what's love?" She said with her eyes closed as she fell asleep.
"Well, love is when you really like someone. This is someone who makes you a better person. You would drop everything and be with them, because they are the one person in the entire world that gets you and you never give up on them even if it's gets too much and even if the world is against you, you choose them, because you would do anything just to see them one last time.." Ramona looked back, noticing that Rosie fell asleep.
Ramona looked back at the sleeping twins in the backseat. They had the cutest little sleepy faces, kinda like Kai's. Everything about them was Kai. It was hard to get away from him when they were living reminders of him. When Kai slept, he always looked so peaceful and calm. Ramona loved long car rides, especially in the rain, it reminded her of the times her and Kai took roadtrips.
Ramona sat in the car, waiting for Kai to leave the nice restaurant, she had to admit she was jealous. The meetup with a gang of vampires was hosted at a very fancy restaurant and Ramona was super hungry. She started to turn up the radio when she got really bored, then she heard screams. This never scared her though, she knew it wasn't Kai's screams.
That was her cue to get ready to leave, she pulled the car up to the door. Kai hopped in quickly. "Drive." He said in a serious tone. "Wait, so they're not all dead?" 'Well, I saved a few to go back and tell the others how badass I am." He said very proud of himself. "Well, good thing I slashed their tires." Ramona said to Kai who couldn't stop smiling at her. "Wow, I love you.." He went in to kiss her but she pushed him back. "You still have blood on your face, I'm not kissing that." She laughed as she stepped on the gas.
