Chapter 23

Taehyung's POV:

'When my assistant told us that Jungkook is in the Hospital, at that moment I almost fainted. Yes, I was upset but I've never wanted him to end up in the hospital.' I thought to myself while I was on the way to Hospital. As I was riding my car at a very fast speed, Jin put his hand on my shoulder.

"Everything will be ok." He said with a calm voice. But when I looked at him, he looked much more worried than me.

When we got to the hospital, we went to find a doctor.

"Good.."

"Where is he? How is he?" Taehyung blurted out on the doctor.

"He is in the operating room right now. But Mr. Kim, the operation is quite easy and he is young and strong, I am sure that operation will be successful." The doctor smiled at us.

"Please excuse me now." The doctor said and left.

"Jin, go to sit down in the waiting room, I want to talk to the doctor," I said to Jin and went after doctor.

Jin's POV:

I was sitting in the waiting room, it was over 20 minutes and Tae still didn't come back but I didn't care. I could only think about Jungkook and his accident.

'Is it because of me? Is it my fault? I wouldn't survive if something will happen to him because of me!' I thought to myself and wiped my tears.

"You have to tell me, where he is! I have to know!" The angry voice that sounded across the whole hospital led me out of my thoughts. I looked in that direction and saw probably a pregnant woman. I didn't have time or mood to mind it, but then she said something that intrigued me.

"I need to know where is Jeon Jungkook! He is my boyfriend!" I was taken back by her words, I stood up and went to her. 

"Hello, you are Jungkook's friend?" I asked the upset girl.

"Yes, I am his girlfriend. And I want to see him." I gulped and then smiled at her.

"I am his father's fiance, follow me, I will make sure that you will see him as soon as possible." I smiled a little and led her to my seat in the waiting room.

She sat down beside me, without a single word, we sat there and waited. 

'Girlfriend? He asked me to marry him literally 2 hours ago. She is maybe just his fan or something.' Jin thought to myself, denying the fact that she is probably pregnant.

Taehyung came back after 1 hour.

"Operation is finished." He said and I and that girl stood up.

"And?" I asked. I tried to look calm but I was too panicky.

"He is alright." Tae smiled at me and I jumped into his hug. I tried to hold my tears but I couldn't when I felt Taehyung's on my shoulder. We were standing there and hugging so tightly that I didn't notice that the girl disappeared. 

"Can we see him now?" I asked when we broke the hug. I cried but I immediately my tears stopped so my eyes didn't look so as swollen as Taehyung's eyes.

"Yes, we can. But he is still sleeping." 'He said but I took his hand and led him to Jungkook's room. When we got there, the girl was already there. She was sitting in the chair beside his bed and caressed his hand. But I could see just him, Jungkook was lying in the bed with hurt face, his operation was about his kidney but his face was hurt too and he gonna have a big scar on his left cheek. This scar will remind him of the day when I said yes to his father instead of him.' I thought to myself and tear escaped my eye.
