Part Five

" Gu-Guest?" Boss Yoo was dumbfounded by the sudden revelation.

"Yeah, Bae Y/N is my guest. But what were you trying to do earlier?" Madam Kim asked.

"Ah, Aunty Kim, It's a misunderstanding. Let's go inside. I am feeling hungry now." You try to alleviate the situation.

"Humph! " Madam Kim harrumphed as she went inside with you. On the way, You secretly signal at Jeongyeon who was also shocked by the sudden turns of events, to talk to Boss Yoo.

Jeongyeon recovered quickly, She hurriedly moved to Boss Yoo "Boss, It's not right time to stay still like this. Madam Kim seems to be angry by your actions."

She continued " Even if we don't know from when and how Y/N became her guest but it is best for you to go and apologize. It's for our restaurant's sake. Please."

Boss Yoo turns to Jeongyeon, After a while she nods her head " You are right. I should hurry and apologize." Saying that, she runs inside.

Inside XX room;

"Aunty, Drink some water." You say as you pass the glass of water.

Madam Kim takes it but doesn't drink." You tell me, why was she acting like that? Dragging you in front of everyone."

You flash an awkward smile " Ah, Aunty, The thing is-"

Just then, the door slids open, followed by the appearance of Boss Yoo.

*Plop*

Boss Yoo gets on her knees , lowering her head as she speaks " I am really sorry, Madam Kim for being irrespective towards your guest. Please forgive this once, i will not repeat it again."

"Hey, Why are you apologizing to me? She is the one who you should apologize, not me. You disrespected her, not me." Madam Kim said aloofly.

"Oh, Yeah-Yeah, Y/N, I am sorry. I shouldn't have done that to you. When you worked here, didn't i care about you? Won't you forgive this, ex-boss of yours? You are still like a daughter to me." Boss Yoo gave you a pleading look.

You become stunned as you see the arrogant, haughty and boastful ex-boss of yours, kneeling in front of you pleading for forgiveness.

Wait, Did I hear 'I cared about you' and ' You are like a daughter to me' phrases..Tsk she won't change.

You shake your head as you make Boss Yoo stand up. " Mrs Yoo, Elders shouldn't kneel in front of youngster like me even if you commited a mistake. I was never angry at you. You can leave now."

'What a noble girl i have met today.' Madam Kim looks at you with admiration yet again.

" You hear her. Now go, bring all the special items on the menu." Madam Kim ordered.

"Yeah, Madam Kim." Boss Yoo bowed and left.

" Sir, There is a meeting with CEO of Choi Enterprises in 10 minutes." A deep voice rangout in a quiet office.

"Ummn, Prepare for it. " The person who was currently sitting in the chair of CEO, instructed in a cold and distant voice while working in his laptop.

"Okay, Sir." Secretary Lee bowed and was about to leave until the CEO called him out.

" Call my mother's driver, and tell me what my mother is doing right now within a few minutes." He spoke without even glancing at him.

"Yeah, I will inform you right away." Secretary Lee left. After a while, he returned back and reported " Sir, Madam is right now in Mingle Restaurant dining with a girl whose name goes by Bae Y/N."

The CEO's hands froze for a moment as he finally looked at Secretary Lee.

He was Kim Seokjin, CEO of Kim Enterprises. He was known by several names 'Coldest CEO' , 'Worldwide Handsome CEO' , ' Youngest CEO' ,etc etc..

He always focuses only on work, never takes a break or a day off , works regularly, cold even towards the staffs, doesn't like to interact with girls, tends to live healthy life , is way too smart for his age.

Smart enough to build a number one company in korea, The Kim Enterprises, from a small company with his own hardwork despite starting from a very young age.

Good looking enough to get likes even though he is always cold and distant towards girls.

He was voted as number one in 'the best CEO of the era'. He treats his employees very well such as great salary, timely breaks, bonuses according to their performances.

But Once he becomes angry.. the whole company needs to suffer like facing hell. And most importantly,  His top priority is always his mother, his only family, Oh Soo Ji.

He smiles, talks a lot , laughs like a normal son when his mother is around. It looks like two different people : when he works and when he spends his time with his mom.

Even Madam Kim gets confused why he acts like that. She believes that one day someone will make him change, make him more gentle during work as well.
