"Bae..Y/N?" Jin's brows slightly knits.

"Sir, Should i do background check on her?" Secretary Lee asks as he sees his boss reaction.

"No, Not for now. You may leave." Jin says without sparing him a glance. Afterwards, Secretary Lee leaves the office.

"You got fired because you were late ?" Madam Kim was shocked.

"Yeah, Actually, I am very diligent towards my work. *sigh* But My luck just isn't good. Sometime i run into an old lady who needs help, and helping her makes me late, sometime my dress is ruined accidentally, and need to change which makes me late yet again.."

You continue to tell all reason for getting late which were half true and half false.

"*sigh* Aunty, let's not talk about me. Can you tell me more about yourself?" You look at her with curious gaze.

"Me? I am just an old lady. No need to know about me much. I have 25 years old son who is the CEO of kim enterprises. " Madam Kim says as she sips the tea.

*Cough* *Cough*

You choke on your food as soon as you hear 'kim enterprises' .

"Here.. here" Madam kim pass you a glass of water. "Thank you." You take and drink it in one go.

"Eat slowly. The food isn't running away from you." Madam kim chuckles as she takes a bite of kimchi.

" Hehe, Aunty, I was just shocked when you mentioned yourself as an old lady. I mean Look at you, you look so young and pretty. You absolutely don't look like an old lady but like my elder sister."

You say as you flash a bright smile. " Aigo,Haha.. You sure know how to flatter someone." Madam kim burst into laughter as she hears your compliments.

" *Pout* I wasn't flattering you. I was just stating the fact. You really look young despite having a whole grown son." You respond with a smile as you look at Madam Kim innocently.

" Y/N.." Madam Kim calls you out. "Hm?" You look at her only to see her taking out something.

" This is a special card from my son's company. Since you said you were fired, i guess you are unemployed right now. I want to give you a job in my son's company." Madam kim passes you a card.

You quickly shake your head "No, Aunty. I can't take this-"

But Madam Kim interrupts you " I am not giving you a direct access to the job but just a chance. This card will give you a chance to fight for a good position in company. But It will depend solely on your capabilities whether you can pass it or not."

"But also-" You hesitate. Madam Kim grabs your hand as she put the card in your hand

"Y/N, You have done a huge favor for me. Though i can't tell you the reason why the thing inside the purse is so important to me. But if i lose it, it is like losing the meaning of my life. So, this is a small gift."

You open your mouth to say something but couldn't utter a word. You nod your head and accept the card.

"You look like a smart kid, I hope i will see you working there next time when i visit the company. " Madam Kim happily dive into the food.

You look at the black and dark red card in your hands for a long time before letting out a determined voice " Yes."

As soon as you enter your room, you throw yourself in your bed.

You keep looking at the ceiling daze in your own thought. Just then, your phone rings.

You lazily take it out of your pocket and answer it " Hello?"

"Y/N! I am Jeongyeon." A sweet voice rangout from the other side.

" Umm..What's the matter,Jeongyeon ?" You ask as you get up from the bed and sit in nearby beans bag.

"Actually.." Jeongyeon begins to hesitate to say. Thereafter, Someone snatches the phone from her.

"Hey, Y/N...Nono dear Y/N." It was Boss Yoo.

"Boss Yoo, Madam Kim is gone. You don't need to act in front of me." You respond  as you sneer in your heart.

"What are you talking about, Y/N? When Madam Kim was there, i wasn't acting at all. Leave it. By the way, what is your relationship with her and why didn't you ever mentioned her before?"

Boss Yoo ask curiously. ' I knew it.' You think.

"My relation with Aunty Kim? Will you believe me if i say, She was a total stranger to me yesterday but just came to know about her only today?" You chuckle as you question Boss Yoo.

"Just today? Y/N, Who do you think you are joking with? You were so intimate with her earlier, talking like you both knew eachother long ago." Boss Yoo scoffed.
