Blue had been having a normal day, at least what he considered normal. Because he stalked one of his friends he may have gained serious feelings for. Other than that, it was a normal day in which he made tacos, trained with Alphys, and he was now visiting his fellow Star Sans'.
They were talking but stopped and waved Blue over. Once Blue had arrived they started telling him that they had dealt with one of Nightmare's gang. Blue tried to push his sudden worry aside and asked them if he could see the place they had dealt with the member of Nightmare's gang.
Blue sort of knew some of Nightmare's gang. Two of Nightmare's gang were actually really great friends of his. He felt he had to see if everything was alright. He had arrived. He looked around the mostly barren AU. He soon left, as to not worry his brother, Stretch, who he called Papy.
Later that night, when Stretch was fast asleep, Blue teleported to the AU. No one knew he could teleport to different AUs. They thought that he found a way teleport to the AU the Star Sans' met up in, though. Once he arrived at the AU, he started wondering around. He kept walking until he noticed something.
Blue noticed a jacket. A oddly familiar jacket. It was covered in dust. More dust than normal- 'Wait!' he thought. He went towards the jacket, and slowly lifted it up. 'D-Dusty?' he wondered. His eye socket flared. 'He- He can't be! H-he... No! He's... He's not... He's not d-dead!' he thought angrily. Suddenly, he sank down to his knees, eye socket no longer flaring, tearing up.
"...I never got to tell you..." he muttered softly to the jacket, fat tears flowing down his cheeks.
He didn't even bother wiping his tears, and quietly put the jacket in his inventory. He then sat there. Dust was gone. One of his only true friends. The one that saw him for him, and not just some little defenseless baby. The one that didn't underestimate him. The one who helped him sort through his chaotic emotions. The one he had grown to have feelings for. The one who he would never get to tell he had feelings for.
Once Blue had gotten home, he dully noted the time. It was around the middle of the night. He prepared to take a shower. He stepped into the shower. It seemed to match how he felt now. Cold. He stared blankly, his normal starry eye lights becoming dull, and fading into the more common oval or circle shaped eye light, then fading to black. He stared for a while longer. He eventually got out of the shower and got dressed. Before he left the bathroom, he caught his reflection. 'I need to be happy, for my brother,' he thought. He attempted to make his eyes starry once more, pushing everything bad out of his mind.
Blue checked the time once more. It was a couple of minutes after he normally started making tacos. 'Why does it matter anyway...' he thought sadly. 'No! I can't think that way!' he scolded himself. 'I must do my best for my brother and my friends!' With that goal in mind, he started with the tacos. He made some extra to bring with him, and left some for his brother. He was about to eat his taco, but halted. He would eat later, but now just right now... Not after all that had happened.
Blue decided to go ahead and head to Alphys' to train. It would be a good distraction... He didn't want to think about what had happened. It was just going to be another day for the Magnificent Sans... ...Even if he wouldn't see Dust again...
