The Knight
A gallant man on a noble steed
A knight directed by a vision
Dressed in armor from head to toe
And quite a spectacle was he
all clad in silver glittering soA lonely warrior he may seem
Scouring the earth to find
That which noone may knowI drew close and asked him 'sir
what your noble vision be'
'I see that which noone yet sees ' he says
'A land of gold and jewels shining bright
I have seen its star and what a sight
I wonder the earth in search
of that which I behold
to know what it truly holds
If you know then friend,
pray tell, where lay Valhalla?Sorry then my gallant friend
for what you seek I do not know.
Wonder on then friend
for you may yet find
The land on which angels alone tread
and hold that which you behold
