J-hope

-– J-Hope used to be a tennis player in elementary school and played in competitions. He once received a bronze medal, out of 3 team competitors (- 150705 J-Hope's Q&A from Inkigayo goodbye stage mini fan meeting).

- He likes visiting the Fancafe when he has time because he needs to know what are fans.

– j-hope ideal type s a girl who loves him, is good at cooking, and thinks a lot.

-Before his debut, he was a member of a street dance team called Neurons.

-He is enrolled in Global Cyber University along with bandmates V and Jungkook.

- when j-hope can't sleep , he think about how it feel to be a god.

-j-hope chose the name " j-hope" as his stage name because he want to be a source of light and hope to his fans .

-j-hope think the colour  that represent BTS is red because red is the  colour of passion .

-at school j-hope hate math the most .

- Taehyung once said that j-hope is like doraemon  because he always find the way to solve the problem .

-  J-Hope is affectionately called "Manager Jung" because he plays a key role in choreographing dance moves for BTS songs.

-He ranked 63rd on the Billboard 200 in March last year, a record for a Korean solo artist. His bandmate RM later broke that record with his mixtape song "Mono."

-His favorite designer is Brian Donnelly, aka Kaws, who is best known for his Bearbrick art. J-Hope also loves to collect the bears.

- When he feels down he always goes to Namjoon for advice, as he always finds the right words to encourage J-Hope.

-Before being accepted by Big Hit Entertainment, J-Hope auditioned for JYP Entertainment but was unfortunately unsuccessful. (Just another huge talent turned away by JYP)

 -J-Hope is the only BTS member to not have his ears pierced. (He doesn't like the look on himself, saying it doesn't look manly)

-He likes it when people stroke his hair, it helps him sleep because it was what his mother would do when he was a child.

-Despite his father being against his decision to be a dancer, his mother supported him financially by working in another country. In fact, J-Hope was so grateful to his mother that he wrote and dedicated an entire song for her.

-Jimin and Jungkook held each other and cried a lot when that happened. RM told Big Hit that they needed J-Hope, and J-Hope decided to return to the group because he trusted the other members.

-When asked what he would be doing if he didn't become an idol, J-Hope said he would've wanted to become a cafe owner.
