Odd attraction (Aiger x Male reader)

Bitter connection

(Y/n) once again arrived at school smiling like a psycho. He had his bike again, and once again locked it up. He went right to the petting zoo, and smiled as he got there. Aiger was feeding the animals with a smile. He looked like he was in his happy place.

"Howdy, Aiger!" (Y/n) greets

Aiger turns around and lights up. He runs over and jumps on the fence. So now he was looking down at him. This didn't phase (Y/n) as he's used to being around people who tower over him. A lot of his family members are hella tall. His mother is one of those family members.

"Hey, dude. You look super happy." Aiger points out

"Well I'm more excited than happy. But whatever, point is I'm having a good morning." (Y/n) said rocking on his feet

"Yeah? What's got you so exc-"

"Aiger!!"

(Y/n) turned as a little girl stopped about a foot away. Aiger hopped down.

"What's up, Naru?" Aiger asks

"Look!" Naru shouts holding up her iPad

(Y/n)'s smile widened as the reporter said what he already knew. Lui was coming to town to take on Valt. At this point (Y/n) checked out of realiy. He thought of all the ways the battle could go. His smile growing with each passing thought.

"(Y/n)!!!!" Aiger yells, scaring both him and Naru

"Oh sorry, did you say something?" (Y/n) asks scratching the back of his head

"I asked you if that's part of what you're all excited about."

"Hehe, that is what I'm all excited about." (Y/n) giggles

Aiger smiles feeling that same energy he felt from him the afternoon before.

"Two powerful blading celebrities going at it! It's bound to be great! But I'm cheering for Valt all the way. For obvious reasons." (Y/n) says

His smile then faded, he looked to the ground, as a memory played back in his head. Aiger blinked. Looked at Naru, who was looking a him, then they both looked back to him. Naru walked up to him.

"Are you okay?" She asks giving a genuinely concerned look

(Y/n) looked down at her. Then crouched down and patted her head.

"Yeah I'm alright. Just remembering something. Don't worry about it." (Y/n) assures giving her a big kind closed eye smile

Naru light up like a sun. She barely interacted with this guy and he was so friendly. She kinda wondered why. But ultimately decided, who cares? He's nice.

(Y/n) stands up and sees Aiger smiling at him very happily. Like he had just done something that touched on something very personal. The bell then rings. He nods at (Y/n).

"Come on, Naru." Aiger says turning away and begining to walk away

"Okay. Bye." Naru wasves to (Y/n) as she runs to Aiger's side

"See ya." (Y/n) says kindly

He walked to the school, his smile disappearing again. He went straight to class. He thankfully he saw Ranjiro. Tho less ideally his gang was there. (Y/n) goes up to Ranjiro with a sad yet irritated look, ignoring the gang.

"Hey man, what's wrong?" Ranjiro asks concerned

"You heard about the title match right?" (Y/n) asks just to make sure

"Why wouldn't he? Are you trying to assume something!" Tobisuke cuts in

Before Ranjiro can tell him off (Y/n) whips around and glares at the little gang.
