I am so exited my daughter Annabeth is coming to spend the week she called me yesterday to see if it was ok I obviously said yes and she informed me that she would be bringing a friend and before I could respond she hung up well at least she is coming Helen was mad to say the least she said that Annabeth would put us all in danger but I told her that annabeth is my daughter so here we are me Helen Bobby and Matthew. We don't have a guest room so I hope that annabeth's friend didn't mind sleeping in annabeth's room
Just then the doorbell rang I jumped up
"Please try to be nice Helen" I begged then I opened the door outside stood two people Annabeth and a boy I thought her friend was a girl like Thalia. well they will definitely not be staying in the same room
"Annie" I say
She glares at me and I shrink back a few steps
"Don't call me Annie" she growls
"Ok" I mumble
I step aside so that they can pass the boy is tall tan and muscular he has windswept black hair and sea green eyes he looks like a total player and jock. He comes in carrying two suitcases and Annabeth introduces him as Percy then she starts to lead Percy up stairs to put the suitcases away when Helen speaks up
"Stop right there young lady you are to greet people when you enter" she says in a stern tone
Annabeth turns around and says
" hello dad. hey Bobby. What up Matthew?"then she turns around and marches up the stairs with the boy in tow they come down about two minutes later Percy has his arm around annabeth's waist and they are both laughing at a joke that Percy made
Helen walked up to Annabeth annoyed that Annabeth completely ignored her and slapped Annabeth across the face hard
"You will be respectful to me I am your mother"
She told Annabeth
Annabeth took two steps forward to where Helen had retreated and slapped her just as hard you could see that the slap had different effects on both of them Annabeth had Not flinched at all whereas helens Hand flew up to her face
"We are going to bed see you in the morning"
Annabeth addressed me as she said this and her and Percy went upstairs to bed I did not even think about the fact that he was sleeping in her room
