Brendon's grip on Amara's arm tightened as people around them ran in all different directions, screaming.

"Brendon! What is going on?!" Amara shouts at the loud noises of the gunshots and screaming. Brendon ignores her as he leads her down the stairs of the porch and to the side of the house.

"Brendon!"

"What?!" Brendon shouts, loading his gun.

"Can you please tell me what's going on?"

"Not yet. Kinda busy." Brendon says taking her hand and running with her, where their car was parked.

Amara shakes with fear as more people scream for their lives and more gunshots are being fired off inside the house. As they near the front of the house, Brendon peeked over the side and fired his gun. Probably killing someone.

Amara continued to shake and her breathing increases. She could tell that she was having an anxiety attack like the other night in her room when she was crying. She tried to stay calm as Brendon fired more gun shots, but couldn't. She started to become light headed and almost fell when Brendon took her arm and lead her to their car.

"I need you to drive!" Brendon yells while ducking behind a car and getting in the passenger seat.

"What?! Drive?! Brendon I-"

"Amara! I need you to drive the car!" Brendon says, firing more gun shots. Amara doesn't hesitate and gets in the car, staring it with a push of the button. She looks around to make sure she doesn't hurt anyone, but sees someone familiar.

The familiar man and Amara lock eyes before she starts driving away. Speeding practically. Her hands shake and her heart rate increases as she watches Brendon fire off gunshots out of the window, the man still watching the car as they speed off.

"Holy fuck."

"Fun right?"

"Are you crazy Brendon? We could've gotten killed!"

"Nah" he says.

Amara was now driving them on the highway, and she's surprised she didn't crash the car due to how shaky her hands were.

"That was.. insane! And you're telling me you do this as a job?"

"Yep." He says looking behind them.

"Brendon, please tell me we're fine now.." Amara groans.

"We should be." He says turning back around and texting someone on his phone.
