Amara sighed while getting out of her car. She just arrived at work and was contemplating on calling in sick due to her lack of sleep.

The girl locks her car behind her and makes her way to the 'Tipsy Ostrich' front door. She notices Andrew is here, due to his car parked in the front. She sighs and walks closer to the establishment before getting a strange sensation, almost like she's being watched. Amara turns around and looks left to right, trying to find her solution.

As her head turns, she notices a car parked in an alley way across the street. That's weird, that car is never there... and a car that expensive won't be in this part of Las Vegas. Amara squints her eyes and notices the shiny car. She tries to see who's inside, but can only make up a silhouette of a.. man?

The car starts, startling Amara, and she quickly rushes inside the bar. She closes the door behind her and peeks outside the window, watching as the car pulls away and onto the road.  Amara sighs of relief and watches the car drive further away. It was probably nothing.

"Where have you been?" Andrew says, making Amara jump.

"Jesus Christ Andrew!" The girl squeals while holding her chest with one hand.

"Sorry, where have you been?" He says putting his hands on his hips.

"No where, I'm sorry I'm late." She says brushing past him and into the back room.

"What were you possibly doing?" He says following her.

"Nothing.. don't worry about it.." Amara says hanging up her bag on the hook.

"Whatever" Andrew says rolling his eyes and going back out to the bar.

Andrew was a tall, lean, man with bright green eyes and brown, curly hair. Amara low-key has a crush on him, but he's too clueless to know.

"How's your dad Andrew?" Amara says following him.

"He's fine, thanks." He says wiping down some glasses with his rag.

"That's good." Amara says doing the same as him.

"How's your dad? With work and shit?"

Amara shrugs "Just been busy as ever.." she huffs. "Hey, that actually reminds me..."

Andrew turns his attention to the shorter girl besides him and raises his eyebrow. "Yesss?"

"You know that 'gang' of guys out there every night?" She says motioning to the parking lot.

"Oh yea, what about them?"

"There was this one guy... I've never seen him before.." she says staring off in the distance.

"Huh..." Andrew says "maybe he's new to the gang or something."

"I don't think it's a gang, Andrew.."
