Chapter 5

I stood in front of the translucent door watching Lunar spread her wings and fly off before getting changed and ready for my first day of school...

I exited my room to see Desiree sitting on the sofa and waiting for me "why didn't you go to the cafeteria first?" I asked out of curiosity as we both headed for the door. "Thought I would be nice to go down together and since we have the same class for first period" she said giving a warm smile "oh and I heard you talking to someone and you sounded quite angry, is there something going on?" she question "n-no it nothing, come on let's hurry to breakfast" I replied, changing the subject...

—Time Skip—

As the bell rang everyone rushed to class including me and Desiree who showed me the way to our classroom. She twisted the golden door knob which opened the wooden door, seeing the students that were starting to settle down. I looked around for an empty seat, someone bumped into me...

"Hey watch it" I said turning to look at who hit me "oh sorry" a familiar voice spoke "Anthony?" I said looking at the blonde "oh looks like we're in the same class" he said with a smile "come on let's seat down" Desiree dragged me to an empty seat beside her. Anthony and his friends seat behind us, the classroom was huge with many tables that stretched across, on each level with stairs that lead to them.

"Alright class please take your seats" a feminine voice spoke as the teacher stepped into the room, the class immediately quieten down and soon it was dead silent till a single pin drop could be heard. "Well today we have a new student, would you like to introduce yourself Luna" the teacher said looking in my direction. I sighed as I stood up walking down the stairs that I claimed up and in front of the class that was mostly filled with angels "Well...my name is Luna and it's great to be here" I faked a smile and went back to my usual emotionless face as I walked back to my seat. Feeling the intensive glares from the angels...

"You ok?" Asked Desiree, "yeah I'm fine, it's just the hate in the atmosphere that's all" I said looking around. Many students were glaring at me, well all except...Anthony.

—Time Skip—

The bell rang and it was lunch time, we all rushed out of our class rooms and towards the cafeteria. When someone bumped into me making me lose balance and fall "hey watch it!" I exclaimed watching her walk pass me as her blonde locks grazed over my arm. "Oh what was that? I didn't hear you filthy demon" she said turning around "Alexa.." I mumbled under my breath, oh how I hated her. I got up and was prepared for a fight, "move along Alexa the next thing we want is another fight between you and Luna" a voice spoke. I turned around to find Anthony standing there with his arms crossed "why do you keep siding the demons what if they started it" Alexa wined "because I saw what happened I have eyes you know" he did raising a brow "argh!" she stomped off in anger.

"You know you don't have to help me" I said with a voice filled with annoyance "wow not even a thank you" he said sarcastically "I can handle myself thank you very much" I huffed. "Yeah but the last thing you need is people hating you more than they already do, I was doing you a favor but if you don't need to" he shrugged and started walking off "f-fine thank you" I said realizing that what he said was was true I don't need more attention than I already do, I may hate her but that doesn't mean that I'm not smart enough to see what she was trying it do. "I knew you'd come around now come on let's go get lunch" he said grabbing my wrist "don't touch me" I said easily getting out of his grasp. He chuckled "fine now come on" "ugh" I huffed he's been in the first 2 classes with me, why can't he just leave me alone...

—At lunch—

We go our food and seat with Desiree who was already eating. "Well...well...well" a familiar voice said I turned around to see the demon that I threatened to kill last night, a smirk creeps up to my face "looks like you haven't learnt your lesson" I said standing up. "Leave her Zack she's not worth it" a voice that I know all to well spoke "but she's seating with your man again" said her followers "no worries if he is smart he will know who to be with other than this fool" she did with a voice filled with confidence "after all I always get what I want" the spoilt brat added. In the corner of my eyes I saw Anthony's disgusted face, I rolled my eyes "maybe this is the one thing you'll never get" I retorted my smirk growing a little wider, hearing a chuckle from Anthony "just you wait he'll be mine" she winked before walking off with her following behind her "yeah just keep believing in that" I rolled my eyes.

As we talked about the events that happened during class, the bell rang signaling that it was time for class once again.
"What's you next class?" Asked Anthony "chemistry" I said looking at my schedule "cool me too" he added "again seriously" I face palmed, why is it that we are always in the same class. "Ask the teachers" he shrugged, I sighed as we walked into the classroom...
