CHAPTER.5

It was the night when we have to register our names in The Goblet of fire to take participate in 'The Triwizard Tournament'. I ran towards the room because Harry was meeting me right there.

I opened the door and saw The Goblet of fire stood in the centre. And Harry having conversation with Neville Longbottom. I searched around for Malfoy. But there was no sign of him. So I rushed towards Harry and rested my hand on his shoulders.

He turned towards me and smiled.

"What happened in Professor's cabin, Harry ?" Hermione asked. "Was everything okay ?"

Harry stood up from the bench on which he was sitting.

"Nope Hermione !" Harry replied. "She gave me one punishment !"

Hermione started breathing heavily.

"What Harry, what kind of punishment ?" Hermione asked.

Harry smiled.

"She just told me that I would not be able to take participate in 'The Triwizard Tournament '. That's all !" Harry answered. "Nothing to worry. And also I am not intrested in it !".

"Me too !" Hermione said.

She felt relaxed and sat on the bench.

Harry took a seat beside her. They both could see students throwing chits with their name written on it. Hermione was looking for Draco. But he was nowhere to be seen.

Victor krum came and threw his chit. Hermione gazed at him. Harry Potter tickled her to get her attention away from krum. And yes, there was Fleur Delacour in it also.

After few minutes, Malfoy came in with Crabbe, Goyle and threw his chit in. Hermione stood and ran towards him. Meanwhile, Harry was talking with Dean.

Hermione was scared after hearing things which Sirius told to Harry. Draco looked at her coming towards him.

"Draco, Are you sure ?" Hermione asked.

"About what ?" Draco questioned.

"Draco, people die in this tournament and I am talking about 'The Triwizard Tournament'. " Hermione answered.

Draco smiled and said, "Nothing to worry, Hermione !"

After that he leaved but Hermione still have agitation about Malfoy in his heart.
She rushed towards him, rested her hand on his shoulder and said,"Malfoy listen !".

He turned back to see Hermione calling him. "What ?" He said.

"Didn't Professor punished you to not to take participate in tournament !" Hermione asked. "Then why are you participating ?"

Draco laughed. Hermione was confused.

"You know Hermione, I love to play tricks !" He answered.

"What do you mean ?" She questioned.

He laughed again resting his head on Crabbe's shoulder. But then he stood up.

"Without playing tricks, you cannot achieve what you exactly want !" Draco explained. "When McGonagall was about to give us punishment, I performed a short act there."

Hermione grew angry. "What ?" She shouted grabbing his shirt's collar. Everyone looked at her. Harry stopped his conversation with Dean and rushed towards them.

Draco pushed her back, removed his wand and aimed at her.

Harry too removed his wand and aimed it at Draco Malfoy.

"Draco stop !"" Harry urged. "I am not intrested in getting punishment again by Professor. Stop it right now, Malfoy !"

But he ignored Harry and proceed to spell something at Hermione.

"Explliarmus !" Harry spelled at Draco.

Draco's wand took a flight towards the celing of the room and landed in The Goblet of Fire. But The Goblet of fire threw his wand towards his face. Draco fell on ground. His mates pulled him up. He gave up fighting and leaved from that place taking his wand.

"I will see you later, Potter !" He roared. "And by the way I acted to be unconsious. So I escaped from my punishment, Mud blood !"

After that he leaved with his mates, Crabbe and Goyle.

"How can he be so foolish ?" She asked to Harry.

"About what, Hermione ?" Harry questioned.

Hermione grabbed Harry by his collar and dragged him towards the bench to sit.

"How can he leave you there to be punished alone ?" Hermione replied.

Harry laughed on her answer.

"That is Draco Malfoy !" Harry replied. "What else you can expect from him ? And also, I was not intrested. And I do not like this tournament ! But what about you ? I mean will you take participate in it or not ?"

Hermione gazed and The Goblet of fire for few minutes.

"No I will not !" She answered after few minutes. "I am not intrested in putting life on the track full of risks !"

After that, they both stood up and leaved from there while other students continued to put chits with their names on it.
