Chapter 6~ Interrogations

{Tony's POV}

I walked through the door of engineering and saw Pepper and Rhodey at our usual desk. "Hey guys." I said sitting across from the two of them. "Hey." They said in unison, "What's up?" I asked Rhodey, he looked upset, angry almost. "Strange." He said and i raised my eyebrow, "What is?" I asked and he looked up at me. "Stephen." He said, "What about him?" I asked.

"Don't like him." He said and i looked at him confused before chuckling "You don't like anyone honey bear." I said to him. We watched as Miss Shuri walked into the room, "Quiet." She said sternly and everyone shut up, "Good." She smiled before beginning the lesson.

After about half an hour, Miss Shuri showed us this new metal called vibranium, it was pretty cool. I began crafting some small things using it before presenting them to her. Before i could craft some more stuff, the bell rang, engineering always goes so quickly. I left with Pepper and Rhodey by my side and went over to where the rest of the group hang around after class. I saw Nat, Clint, Pietro and Bruce there.

"Hey guys." I said and Nat grabbed me straight away, "Tell me everything." She said harshly. She is terrifying. "I don't know what you mean." I said and she looked at me sternly, we had a staring contest... she won. "Fine, what do you want to know?" I asked in defeat. "What did you do?" She asked excitedly, "Nothing" I said and she punched my arm "Hey! That hurt." I said rubbing my arm.

"I know that SOMETHING happened." She said and i sighed, "We were laughing about Thor..." i trailed off, "And?" She asked, fuck she's persistent. "We nearly might have almost very slightly poss-", "SPIT IT OUT!" She shouted. "Kissed." I said and she jumped for joy a little. "But we didn't kiss because of Hawkass over there." I said and Nat punched Clint.

"Ow, what was that for?" He asked, Pietro was glaring at Nat, he is so protective. "You stopped Tony and Stephen from kissing!" Nat said angrily and Pietro punched Clint's arm, "Hey! You're supposed to protect me from harm!" Clint said to Pietro. "Yes but you did stop the two of them kissing." He said very matter of factly.

"But." I said and Nat turned around quickly. "He kissed my nose." I said and she grinned "Well at least that's better than nothing." She said. The others were arriving now, Loki, Thor and Stephen all turned up together.

"Hey Anthony." Stephen said with a smile. Nat watched our interaction like a hawk. "Hey Steph." I said and went a little red at the nickname. "Sorry." I said quickly, "No, no need to apologise. Steph, i like it." He said with a grin making my heart skip a beat.

We are all on a free period together normally last period so we tend to hang around for a couple of hours after school. "Are we all here?" Bruce asks after a head count, "I have no clue how he is so organised." I say to Stephen and Nat, they both smile and shake their heads a little. "What?" I ask and Stephen turns to me "Nothing darling." I felt my cheeks heat up.

"Where are we going today?" Steve asks. "We're going to..." Bruce says as he pulls out a random generator on his phone. "The mall!" He yells, there are a few groans but mainly cheers. Loki looks excited for the mall, he's a full scale diva, Steph looks content too.

I swear vice principal Hill puts us all on free period last thing every day for a reason. She knows our deepest secrets and our troubles too. She knows that we all benefit from it.

"Loki, have you got our ride sorted?" Nat asks and Loki nods, he's actually compliant now that he knows we're going to the mall. He uses his magic to conjure a giant mini bus for us all to take to the mall. We all climb on and Nat gets into the drivers seat. She begins to drive us to the mall and Loki turns on the radio. It's a classical piece.

Stephen turns to Loki and says, "Tchaikovsky, nice." Loki looks surprised but pleased. "Finally, someone who knows cultured music." He says with a hand on his heart. "You are such a diva, you should do drag." I said to him and he stares me straight in the eyes as he turns into a woman with long, shiny black hair and black lipstick. "I already do hunty." He says in the most non-chalant voice ever.

"I live." Stephen says. Loki turns back into his regular self. We sit on the bus and talk until we get to the mall.

Hey everyone! Long time no see, i wanted to ask a couple of questions. Question #1, should i discontinue the moonlight au or should i just postpone it for a little while (i.e unpublish it, write more for it at another point and then publish it again when it's better)?

Question #2 How is everyone during lockdown? Some points may feel difficult but you are strong and can get through it. Always make time for self care and self love ❤
