Sometimes We Fall In Love (Kai Hiwatari X Reader)

Chapter 1- Meeting

I walk up to the enormous glass doors of the elite building. "Welcome to Tamaki Corporation" it reads. Im expecting great things because getting till here was not an easy task. I nervously place my hand on the handle of the glass door and try to pull it open and guess what?.....It was a "push" door. Let's try and count all the mistakes I make in this company....oh god.

I walk inside to see my best friend Brooklyn Masefield standing in an elegant black suit with a white shirt and black tie glancing at his silver rolex, here I present to you the son of a millionaire. I walk up to him smiling. "Looking sharp ya mister" I smugly say. Brooklyn glances back from his watch. "Oh I was waiting for you but look at you" he eyes me head to toe and whistles jokingly. He was right though I did go out of my comfort zone and put on a full-sleeved light cyan shirt and an off-white knee length skirt with the same colored heels. Not too much, not too little.

I see two people walk up to us. A beautiful and smart lady with red shirt and white skirt followed by a man who was equally elegant.
"Hi guys!" She taps on my shoulder "I am Rosie Yoon and this man here is Andrew West" Andrew smiles. "Hi" we greet them back.
She continues "I just met Mr.Roy the manager and he said we five are the group assisting the President Mr. Kai Hiwatari and rest of the people will be helping in the 3rd floor"
I interrupt "five? But we are four people" just when rosie keeps her hands on my shoulder and turns me towards a lady with sparkly attire and overboard makeup. She whispers "She is hilary, be careful she is a bitch and she is quite proud of the fact that she has known the President since childhood" I nod my head slowly digesting the information.

Suddenly, a tall bald man comes near us "the assisting group, follow me! Mr. Kai requests to see you all"
We get shocked but decide to follow the man who was in a hurry.
He takes us to the 16th floor of the building where the head office stays. As I see all the things this company just gets bigger and more beautiful I wonder who the President is, he must be a rich ass man.

He stops near a large, blurred glass door. It reads "Kai Hiwatari (president)" just reading that makes my heart skip a beat we are about to see the president of this gigantic company its almost similar to meeting a celebrity in his bedroom! Yeah, just thats how big of deal it is!
Mr. Roy knocks on the door. A total three times, he makes sure of.
Just when a husky male voice calls out "come in"

Mr.Roy swings the door open he didnt get it wrong the door I meant he must be working here from a long time.
We walk in following Rosie because she was the most confident one among us I need to be like her too!
The presiden't office was huge, it had giant glass walls through which one could almost see the whole city. In the corner, it had a whole living room which I guess was president's resting place with modern furniture and beautiful plants kept in the corner. On the right, there was his giant desk with almost thousands of papers scattered around and his imac kept in the middle.

On the chair was a tall, handsome man wearing a black suit that went perfect with his alpha aura. His crimson eyes with his pale skin oh my he was just the definition of perfect. He is the most good-looking person I have ever seen and not to forget he is very hot too. If Ari sees him she is going to drool over him.

"Sir, I have bought the assisting group and miss (Y/N) is here too"

"What?! Me? Oh my god why is he saying my name?" I think my heart starts to beat faster.
"Yeah" he says in his husky voice and gets up from his desk. My eyes just roam around his body, to face and hands call me a pervert but thats how mesmerizing he looked.

"(Y/n) (l/n)" he mumbles my name making my heart skip a beat.
"I appoint you as my secretary from now"

My eyes widen at his words What?! Is he out of his mind?! Im just a lowlife and making me the secretary of this huge company is just plain mistake but pushing all these thoughts aside I straighten up my spine and walk a little forward "I am honoured to be working with you, Sir" I say.
The president just nods "Roy, assign them their duties" and goes back to his work.

Mr. Roy bows "yes, sir!" And gestures us all to exit the office.

-------Time skip~Home------

I loosen up the collar ribbons on my shirt and lay flat on my single size bed, letting out a huge sigh. "Today was the most tiring day of my whole life and its just the first day. I am supposed to be ready for the next days if that's how its going to be at Tamaki but here I am drooling over the president". I think as I recall all the incidents with the president. But I have to admit-

It was kinda fun meeting him.

Oh lord! I just finished the first chapter! Omg this took longer than I expected but it was fun writing it I hope I can keep motivating myself further to write longer chapters.
