My Bad Boy Roommate

Chapter 5

(Lea's POV)

I wake up the next day with a horrible headache. I look over and see Ashton isn't there. I groan and get up. I walk into the kitchen and see a note from Ashton. It says, "Hey, I had to leave for a couple of days. I'll be back on Saturday. There are pancakes in the fridge. See you soon."

I walk over to the fridge and take out a plate of pancakes. I put them into the microwave and grab the syrup. After they're done, I take them out and eat. An hour later, I grab some clothes out of my dresser and get in the shower. After I'm done, I brush my teeth, put my clothes on, leggings and a shirt with tennis shoes. I then curl my hair and put some hairspray in it. I then head to school. 

(In-class)

I get to class and sit down in the back. A girl sits by me and says, "What no Ashton today?"

I say, "Nah. He had to leave for a few days."

She says, "Cool. Well, my name's Holly. I'm sure you've heard of me. I'm the most popular girl here!"

  I say, "Actually no. Sorry."

She says, "Well ok. Just so you know, Ashton's mine, bitch. Stay away from him."

I said, "No, I'm good. Even if I wanted to, I kinda can't. We're roommates. Oh yeah! I know you. You're that girl who showed up at my dorm room last night!"

She says, "Yep. Glad to know you remember me. Well bye."

"Bye"

Holly gets up and sits by her friends. I roll my eyes and look at the teacher.

(At lunch)

I grab my lunch and sit at a table. Just then Holly walks up to me and "accidentally" spilled her tea on me. She says, "Oops! Sorry!" She then walks off laughing.

I glare at her and grab some napkins. After I'm cleaned up, I walk out of the cafeteria and go back to my dorm. 

(On my phone)

Lea: Hey, Ashton, You know that girl, Holly? She was a bitch today.

A  few minutes later

Ashton: Yeah. She's my ex-girlfriend. Why? What did she do?

Lea: Well, first hour she told me to stay away from you because you were hers, and during lunch, she poured tea all over me.

Ashton: Yeah, she's like that. She's always jealous of the girls I talk to. I'm so sorry.

Lea: Yeah, well, I didn't do anything wrong.

Ashton: I'll talk to her when I get back.

Lea: Ok. Thanks. Where are you btw?

Ashton: In California.

Lea: Why?

Ashton: Just because. I'll text you later. I got to go. Bye.

Lea: Bye.

After that, I go and put on a t-shirt and shorts. I then go to bed.
