Izabella just woke up and start brushing her hair "Morning Izzy" Alexander her twin brother told her "Morning Alex",Izabella went downstairs and saw Derek serving breakfast "Morning Derek" Sage say getting her plate "Morning Izzy..Also I'm going to come late" he say walking out,Iz just shake her head and start to eat her breakfast when suddenly she felt like throwing up so she went to running to the bathroom and throw up "Izabella you ok" Alexander ask his twin sister "Yea it's nothing" Alex just look at her and shake his head hearing her heartbeat"Your not fine Izzy" Izabella got up and wash her teeth's "Alex I'm fine don't worry".
