Funny thoughts

As I was saying.....

So there was I .....

walking by......

trying to think.....

wise thoughts indeed...;)

but the world seemed strangely...

jumpy and shifty....

or was it just me...?

anyway...I strolled into a shoe shop....

saw rows and rows of...

shiny shoes...

I was so pleased....

finally shopping therapy...!!

but then...

out of the corner of my eye....

I swear I saw a shoe pair smile. ...

a wily winking smile...

snapping it's laces....

to the playing music's fast paces....

soon the whole row was dancing...

then one row after the other....

till all were prancing...

a crazy jive...oh...my....!!

some on the floor...

some walking out of the door...

in mismatched pairs....

others making a mad dash....

for frolicky similar pairs....

shoe brushes....polishes aclatter...

that it didn't make sense....

was no matter...

a free for all....

a shoe ball....?

I rolled my eyes...this cannot be....

but it was real...

so I said....what's the deal. ...?

this is swell....

I joined in...foot tapping. ..

and finger snapping....

even the socks were clapping....!
