8- "Knock Knock"

Keith's POV

I flinch as I hear a knock at the door. I look to the door to see the person I least expected...

Lance

"H-huh?!? L-lance?!?! Katie what's happening???!!!" I said in complete shock "W-well hello to you too" he rubbed the back of his neck, he looked tired and like he had been crying, which made me sad... How could such a pretty face look so gloomy? I realized I was staring and now saying anything and let out a shaky breath then spoke "H-hi... " He forced a small smile "H-hey Keithy" I blushed a little, and looked down so he wouldn't see. "Matt and i have to go do something, we should be back in like an hour or 2" Shiro said, getting up with Matt "H-huh?!?!" I say looking at them both as they leave, "yeah um Maddison said she wanted me to go study with her, so im gonna go!" Katie said smirking at me "B-but you haven't even talked to Maddison yet??? How- what????" She got up and left, leaving me and Lance confused. "S-so Keith... I wanted to say t-that I'm s-so sorry!!" Lance said lunging to hug me. My face started heating up and it was hard to speak "l-lance... I-Its not your fault! I-I was being dumb and l-let my feelings overpower my thoughts a-and figured I really liked you, and you'd be better without me b-because im a boy and-." I realize what I said and look away from him, feeling my face heat up even more. "Sorry! I didn't mean that- well I did cause I like you but- OH MY GOD IM SORRY! You probably don't like me like that, you probably don't even like boys and you probably think im gross now I'm sor-" I feel lips connect with mine, cutting me off, I soon realize that Lance is kissing me- Im just sitting here, i need to do something- i start to kiss him back, and we both soon pull away and look at eachother smiling a little, both of us blushing.

The nurse came in and released me, told me I was free to go home. Lance was driving, and we went to an ice cream shop, me not caring about being lactose intolerant because ice cream is amazing and im just gonna face the consequences later. I giggle a little at the thought, and Lance looks over at me smiling "What's making you giggle so much? I mean, I'm not complaining, cause its adorable, but are you okay?" He says which makes me giggle even more. The car comes to a stop and I realize we're at my house, I take lance inside and to my room so we could talk and hangout for a few. "S-so how long are you here for?" I asked, and he replied with "As long as you want" he said with a smirk and wink "W-what's do you mean?" I ask, my face heating up a little "Hmm, it means," he walked to where im sitting and gave me a small kiss, "we can spend as much time together as you want" he then hugged me, which turned into cuddling, and soon, I was asleep.
