Few weeks have passed after defeating the giant spider demon and the festival at Mikage's shrine...
The shrine is finally become peaceful without any more trouble like last time and with the presence of Sakura, the living things that surround the shrine have finally returned to normal and more beautiful. Birds chirping happily, the nature around them is healthy and fresh.
At the backyard of the shrine, the pink-haired goddess sat under the Cherry Blossom tree the colour matches her beauty and she was staring at a certain female companion of hers who are writing something on the talisman trying to make the tree to bloom.
Currently, Nanami and Sakura's friendship is a bit... awkward.
True, Nanami still felt guilty after all that happened and including she had to face the fierce yokai that keeps glaring at her every time they walked by to each other.
She was glad that Sakura doesn't hold a grudge but still, it was her fault for banished her out of the shrine with childish reasons. She should have realized that Sakura had been always helping her with the shrine and the goddess duty.
Nanami should be lucky to have her around..
But with the current situation, it's hard for her to fix their friendship with the presence of both yokai.
The wolf and the fox.
Tomoe doesn't talk much to Nanami except if she asks something and he could only respond with few words before he returns to his cold demeanour. Well, it shows that Tomoe is still angry after what she had done to Sakura.
Sesshomaru on the other hand, hate the god-like human and the fox. He despises them for causing trouble and burden to his mistress. He trusted the human to not adding more burden to Sakura while he was away to enjoy his freedom but it seems he had lost his trust in humanity. To think his mistress almost die sacrificing the damn shrine that not even her own is a suicidal act!
Looks like he will have to stick close to Sakura from now on.
Much to Tomoe's dislike, he glares at Sesshomaru for being too 24/7 clingy to Sakura. He is in a disadvantage having a hard time to get her attention! The two yokai dislike each other for the same reason though.
Imagine if Sakura or Nanami let the two yokai alone to work together for their duty, it is either the shrine burn into ashes or causing the garden to demolish by their pathetic fight.
Okay back to reality, Sakura was alone with Nanami in the backyard while both of their familiars when to who-knows-where. The pink-haired goddess humming a soft tone to enjoy her peaceful and relaxing day...
That is until a black cat jumped from the tree and land in front of her. Nanami stopped writing when she notices the black cat and stares in wonder.
