PROM WITH JIM HALPERT (FT DWIGHT SCHRUTE)

as literally everyone knows, corona has struck da world.

don't get me wrong, I'm taking the virus super seriously (as my state of NJ is #2 in number of US cases and the state next to us (NY) is #1 in the US, not to add that the US is #1 in worldwide cases)

but I just like focusing on the positive moments in times like these :)

SO prom canceled school basically for the rest of the school year, and with that, prom

me and my friend were all bummed out so we figured HEY why not get all dressed up in our dresses and makeup and have a little FaceTime dance party on Friday (yesterday)

then on Thursday I found out that John krasinksi (who plays Jim on the office) was hosting a live YouTube prom with him as DJ on Friday (they day we planned it)

yeah, ik 😳🥰

and it was pretty fun, Rainn Wilson (who plays Dwight), the Jonas Brothers, Chance the Rapper, and Billie Eilish all popped in for some songs

sadly it only lasted 40 mins, but we decided to continue with our own songs for about 2 hours 🤪

it was pretty top-notch and I was pretty proud of the makeup I did, which was like a silvery smoky eye. ill show y'all my dress bc I never got a chance to wear it to actual prom so $350 kinda got wasted, but ik I'll wear it again sometime so it's all good

with my hair, I tried to curl it but my hair is rlly thick so I can never style it with curls bc they just don't hold >:(

but before corona, I never got the chance to get high heels for it or get the dress fitted so excuse me if it looks completely bonkers

its 2:35 pm right now and I just woke up bc I'm super exhausted

also I had a super weird but cool dream and Zendaya, my friend, and some kid from my 5thr grade class was in it, it was super wack 😳
