Moving to Canada was the worst thing that happened in Faith's life.

Living on her own in a huge mansion was another thing, but at least Mallory and Lili stayed with her. Lili had to stay being Faith's cousin , and because Mallory was Lili's best friend was why Faith knew the girl and got along with her.

Faith was tired of her Mother not being with her.

After Cameron Richards's death, both Faith and her mother Sally Richards moved to Canada. Sally decided that it was good for Faith to stay around her cousins, Lili and Quinn Parks while she went abroad for her movie shoots , interviews and many more things.

Sally being an actress and her husband a deceased actor, paparazzi was commonly seen around them. so ever since Faith was born, she was hidden from the dangers of the public.

Yet Faith would be attending Lightwood high for her senior year, which was the only reason she was happy. Lili, Mallory and their other friends attended the school so Faith had no problem.

Today was another day when Mallory was trying to persuade Faith to attend a party, while her mother was back in New York shooting for another movie.

"Turns out that she won't be back for another two months" Faith frowned at the text that her mother sent her as she sat with Lili and Mallory on the lounge chairs near the pool.

"Faith come on! It's a Saturday... and we're asking you to come with us to the biggest party of the summer!" Mallory whined at the girl who was scrolling through her instagram. "Fai, Mallory has a point... this party is a huge deal at the school... all the hot guys will be there and its like your one shot at popularity... and the guy who's throwing this party is Nick Jacobs! he's like every girl's dream guy!" Lili rambled, making Faith think about the subject.

Nick Jacobs was something both Lili and Mallory talked about. ALOT. Faith was looking forward to a quiet year, but a little fun wouldn't hurt right...

"mm.. a little fun never hurt anyone...fine then...when does the party start?" Faith smirked as both Lili and Mallory squealed.

Why breakups suck was the only thing that Chase could think about.

Chase Winters ran a hand through his Raven-colored hair as he sat in Nick's living room sofa. Nick, Jamie, Quinn and Chase were in charge of planning the stupid Summer Party. he only agreed to it because of his friends.

"Dude, can we agree to never do this again?" Chase asked a frustrated Nick. "I'm only doing it because I'm supposed to be the party guru of the school, and lets face it.. my parties are awesome!" "true that!" Jamie exclaimed, bringing in a bunch of crates behind him.

"we have arrived with the Beer!" Quinn said pointing at the crates. "GREAT! now all that's left is the music, Jaime's the DJ but i think we need something more..." Nick ranted, as he looked towards Quinn.

"I saw your story Q... and if Richards is actually here she needs to perform for us." he pleaded. "woah Nick, i don't think that Faith would agree to that...you can call her and ask...she's not so easy to convince..." Quinn sighed.

Nick's jaw tightened meaning he was determined to get this girl to sing. Chase didn't care. he was too busy moping over his breakup with Clarissa Trevors to think straight. she cheated on him. why was he so sad about it. he hadn't even been close to her.

"guys..." Jaime glanced towards the sulking Chase.

"Chase, Clarissa's a bitch so just forget about her. tonight, dozens of girls will be drooling over you so focus on that. oh and when you see her, why don't you show her that you don't care about her... k buddy?" Nick smirked at Chase.

"so you were talking about that singer girl?" Chase grinned at his best friends as they high-fived.

Five in the evening was a weird time for a party

Faith and Mallory were waiting for Lili to find her heels. sadly, she ended up borrowing one of Faith's favorite nude heels.

Mallory and Lili already had their outfits but Faith's last minute decision gave them an excuse to find her the perfect outfit, and they had done just that. a black spaghetti strap top, a dusty pink skirt which was mid thigh length with matching Black peep-toe block heels and matching pink jewelry.

Honestly speaking, Faith was going to wear jeans and a crop top instead of an actual party appropriate outfit, but when she saw herself in the mirror she decided to stick to her outfit.

Lili went for her signature little black dress, but instead of golden heels she wore Faith's nude ones, with golden jewelry. Mallory went for an olive green minidress with black heels and black and golden jewelry.

Quinn and his friend Jamie came to pick up the girls, which was something Faith found weird.  mostly because Lili was telling her that she wanted to flaunt her new Ferrari at the party so she thought that they would be going alone, but when she saw Quinn's Lamborghini she immediately felt something was wrong.

Lili and Quinn were fighting about something while glancing at her, the last time she had seen them fight was when they had asked her to sing for their...

Shit, they wanted her to sing didn't they...

Chase was waiting outside Nick's house for Quinn to come back with his cousin. Chase had honestly never seen this girl but Nick said she was famous and stuff, oh and that Chase needed to sing with her.

He wasn't looking forward to that, but again it was for Nick.

Singing was something he did in his free time. when he was twelve his mom made him take lessons He used to love singing with his older sister, but that chapter was closed a long back.

He was scrolling through the girl's Instagram while He waited. She was pretty, but he had his fair share of pretty girls so how would she be any different?

Little did he know that he was going to regret thinking that...

So sorry if this sucks because this is sorta my first story on wattpad... so the first chapter is sorta long but I just wanted to clarify that each chapter might include both Faith and Chase's POV's so if your not comfortable with the POVs changing continuously then please let me know.. anyway thx for reading and please vote and comment❤︎
