I just stared at her with wide eyes. WHAT THE HELL WAS SHE TALKING ABOUT? "WHAT?" I screamed. "You told me you wouldn't freak out!" she whined. "WELL, WHO WOULDN'T FREAK OUT WHEN THEY FIND OUT THAT THEY'RE BEST FRIEND WHO THEY THOUGHT WAS SINGLE, IS GETTING MARRIED?" I yelled, getting frustrated. People were now looking at us again, but who cares? My best friend who I thought told me everything kept the biggest secret of her life from me! "Okay, okay..." she surrendered. "Let me explain. I know you're mad at me, you have all the right to be mad. But I wanted to surprise you. This is obviously a big deal and you're my best friend! I haven't told anyone except you. I thought you would be happy, but this is the reaction I get!" she sighed, obviously annoyed with herself. "I AM happy! It's just that... well, YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED! I thought you were single this entire time! You didn't even tell me you had a boyfriend!" I cried. "I know, I know, and I'm sorry. I was going to tell you, but I just had this feeling that me and him would get married, and I wanted to surprise you with it. We've been together for two years." she explained. "TWO YEARS?" I sighed. There was no point in fighting back now. She was getting married, and I was supposed to be jumping up and down in joy with her. "What's his name?" I asked. "Heh heh... well.. ehe.." she started. "What?" I asked. "That's a surprise too." she said. "For yogurt's sake, Alex, you're so annoying!!" I exclaimed. She chuckled at the 'yogurt's sake' part. "I know, but you love me." she smiled. "When's the wedding? I asked, ignoring her previous comment. "In three weeks." she answered. "I've already prepared everything with my fiance. The only thing that's left to do is the bridesmaid's dresses. Oh, and I wanted to ask you.. could you be the maid of honor at the wedding?" "OF COURSE!" I smiled, jumping up and down. She laughed, "Okay then, let's finish our froyo and buy some clothes. Then we can go pick out the bridesmaid dresses." she said. I nodded and we both finished out yogurts. After that, we quickly ran into stores like Forever 21, Abercrombie & Fitch, Urban Outfitters, Victoria's Secret, Love Culture, H&M, Wet Seal, Rue 21, and so many more. (A/N - I don't know if all of these stores are found in London, but again, it's a fanfic!) By the time we were done, it was already 3:00 pm. It was so much fun. We had stopped at McDonald's for lunch when it was around 1:00 pm, and then continued to shop. After that, got back in the car and Alex drove to random houses to pick up other girls who were supposed to be bridesmaids at her wedding. The girls' names were Jessica, Cassandra, Sky, Patience, and Demi. The five girls already knew each other and introduced themselves to me. They were all so sweet. Of course, they had to sit in each others' laps because there were only three seats left. The other two were already occupied by Alex and me. After picking everyone up, we headed to 'Kleinfeld Bridal'. You know, the store they film 'Say Yes To The Dress' at. A girl with long, brown hair walked in. She was pretty, but a bit too much makeup. She introduced herself to us. "Hello, I'm Ashley." she said. "Hi!" we all chorused. Alex told her that there were five bridesmaids, with me being the maid of honor. Alex also told her that she wanted the bridesmaids in black and me silver. Black and silver was the color theme for the wedding. Ashley told us to take a seat and after a couple of minutes, came out with a bunch of dresses - in silver and black. We all went into the changing rooms and put the dresses on. After a couple of rounds of dresses, we made a decision. The five girls wore black, long, chiffon dresses that went down to their angles. It was a one shouder dress and had roses on the shouder. It also had an elastic right at the waist. It was gorgeous! For me, it was a gorgeous, long silver dress (A/N - I don't know how to describe it, but picture's on the side!). I loved the dress, it fit me perfectly. When we were done, we thanked Ashley and left. We dropped each of the girls back home and said our goodbyes. When Alex and I got back home, it was 5:30 pm. I was exhausted. I changed into some black yoga shorts and a white v-neck. I removed all my makeup, left my hair in the bun it was in, and said goodnight to Alex. She was in her room, which as across the hall from mine. She said goodnight back to me, and continued texting on her phone, blushing every once in a while. Using my common sense, I guessed it was her fiance. I'm just going to call him Mr. Mysterious for now, since I don't have a slight clue to who he is and Alex obviously wouldn't tell me. I wanted to go in and read their conversation, but I was too tired. My legs were going to fall apart! I didn't understand how Alex couldn't even be a single bit tired after such a long day. I stopped my thoughts and crawled into my warm bed. I quickly fell into a deep sleep.
