🌸Surprise!- Misha

Aisha stared at the ceiling blankly, she passed the whole day like this, she was supposed to have a date with her boyfriend Mingi, but he cancelled it last minute, saying he wanted to attend one of his friend's party. "Stupid..." The girl whispered pouting, did he forget about my birthday...

Both of them had been equally busy so she tried her best to have the day for them, she didn't really care about her birthday anymore, she just wanted to spend time with him, she missed his laugh, his scent, his jokes, everything, it had been a long time.

"Hey, it's your day, what are you being so sulky for ?" Jiwon asked, sitting down next to her, almost scolding the girl for spending her day in the bedroom doing nothing. "Mingi canceled our date..."

"...What ?" The blond frowned surprised, Aisha's boyfriend had always been caring, it wasn't common for him to forget an important date or cancel any plans with Aisha. "Why ?" She continued causing her friend to pout taking a deep breath. "He said he wanted to attend a party.."

Jiwon sighed looking at her friend, that was visibly disappointed and sad, "It's fine if he forgot you know ? I just want to see him at least ! Is it too much too ask? Am i being too clingy?" Aisha said, not knowing if she was sad or mad anymore.

On the other side, Mingi scratched the back of his head staring at the ruined cake in front of him, this surely wasn't what the picture of the recipe showed. He turned at the clock, 8pm, Mingi sighed, all the day and his strength spend into a burned cake. His phone rang making him turn around, looking at the screen to see Aisha name on it.

Princess💘:
is the party fun...?

Mingi dropped his head panicking, what was he going to do now? Even the cake was ruined.

Aisha stared at the reply, glaring at the screen, that was it, she got pissed off, probably from the lack of attention she got today.

Babe💘:
Yeah.

"Yeah? Yeah?!" The girl ruffled her hair, putting her phone aside to take a deep breath then took it back in her hands, putting a smile on her face to reply, typing aggressively on the screen.

Mingi cleared his throat nervously waiting for her to reply, after sending his, he immediately regretted, he knew she hated dry answers to her text, most specifically when it was him.

Princess💘:
Cool. I went out to the club with a friend, i forgot to tell you earlier ^^' can i call you when i get home ?

He tilted his head staring at the screen, she went to the club with a friend? He would've be mad if he didn't know she was home and lied to him, Mingi knew she wasn't at the club.

Babe💘:
Have fun, but I'll probably be back home and sleeping when you'll call so i dont know if i'll be able to answer.

She rolled her eyes annoyed, still in the dress she picked out this morning for their date, she started to wonder if she really just should go to the club, might as well do it and make it a truth now that she said it to him.

"Aisha~ can you do me a favor ?" Sihyeon asked smiling to her friend who looked up, completely not interested at whatever she would ask. "Sure, what is it ?"

"Seonghwa forgot his phone here and i'm kind of tired, can you give it back to him? It'll be quick" She said giving Aisha puppy eyes, the girl nodded walking toward Sihyeon taking Seonghwa's phone. If she was dressed up, might as well go out and have some fresh air, she needed to get air too.

"Take your time-" Onda was about to say but restrained a painful groan when Yiren stepped on her feet, stopping the girl from speaking more. "I meant...hurry back home..."

The girls waited until the door shut close before letting out a sigh of relief. "Come out guys" Jiwon said turning to her room where seven boys have been hiding, Mingi's friends in fact.

"She was really disappointed though...Mingi is going to get scolded, i can feel that" Mia pointed out sitting on the couch. "At least they'll have some time for themselves" Hongjoong replied before going back to Jiwon's room, "And of course to know about all this, i had to find them in my own room? Why did no one tell me about it earlier?! I was worried for her and Mingi" Jiwon complained earning only a shrug from most of her friends.

Aisha stopped in front of the door, typing the password with the beep sound that alarmed Mingi about her presence. "Seonghwa!" She shouted taking her shoes off, frowning at the silence in the appartement, something not usual here. "Hey anyone here ?" Mingi carefully stepped behind her, not making any sound, smiling at the sight of Aisha.

"Guess who ?" He spoke up covering her eyes, she sighed taking his hands off of her. "Here. Sihyeon asked me to give it back to Seonghwa" She tossed it to him frowning, looking away from his eyes. "Are you mad?" He asked pouting while seeing her sad yet mad expression, he didn't know what to do at this point.

"No." The girl replied before turning, widening her eyes at the messed kitchen and a burnt cake at the side. "Tada...Yeah...i tried but making a cake is harder than i thought..."

"Weren't you at a party though..." Mingi giggled scratching the back of his head. "I wanted to surprise you...it didn't work so i just wasted a whole day i could've spend with you instead...i'm sorry"

Aisha smiled wrapping her arms around his neck, how did he manage to make her happy within 2 minutes? She didn't know but the thought of him working on making a cake to surprise her on her birthday made her want to jump happily everywhere. "It's fine, you did this for me right ? Then it's all that matter"

Mingi hummed a yes, still disappointed that he couldn't make her a proper cake himself. "How about we make one together ?" The girl proposed tilting her head making him frown, looking at the time. "Isn't it too late ?"

"If we make something simple it can get done in less than an hour, so ?" Mingi smiled giving her a kiss on her forehead. "Actually, i ordered one in case, hehe" He walked to the fridge taking the cake out and showing her proudly, it was written 'i love you' with chocolate, and hearts made with strawberries were nicely placed at the side, with whipped cream in the middle.

"I didn't make it myself but i tried to ask for one you'd like" Mingi said scanning her to know whether she liked or not, Aisha cupped his face, leaving a soft kiss on his lips before looking back at the cake. "Thank you Mingi"

"Turn around now! You can't see the gift until i take it out" He held her shoulders turning her around so her back was facing him and took out a necklace, a blue sapphire hanging on it making it shine. "Open your eyes only when i tell you alright?"

"Do i have to close my eyes ?" She asked confused as her back was still facing him, he whined making her giggle before nodding her head. "Okay, i'm closing them, they're closed its fine" Mingi placed the necklace on her neck then closed the clasp of it, "Happy birthday princess" He whispered to her ear, kissing her neck making her giggle a bit and open her eyes to look down at the necklace.

"Oh my god Mingi...it's so pretty.." Aisha held it turning to him who smiled fondly at the happy girl in front of him. "Also!" He rushed to the kitchen, taking candles and a lighter. He placed them nicely on the cake then light them up. "Make a wish" Aisha smiled, listening to him and closed her eyes, putting her hands together, I wish to stay with Mingi forever.

She opened her eyes, looking up to see Mingi eyes shine as he stared at her. "What was your wish?" He asked happily making the girl turn sticking her tongue out. "I ain't telling you~" She laughed at his expression before rushing to the couch in vain as he wrapped his arms around her waist lifting her up. "Come on! Give me an hint"

Aisha held into his forearms giggling before turning around to face him making him lose his grip on her. "I wished for you to stay by my side forever" Mingi stared at her for a moment before sighing looking away. "And what do you gain from being so cute ?" He asked taking her hand to guide her on the couch, sitting then making her sit on his lap.

"Thank you for today though...i love you Mingi"

I just think Mingi is the type of boyfriend who would do anything to make you happy but could end up failing which is so cute sbdjdjsks also i was truly just smiling like an idiot..those two big babies would be such a cute couple ç.ç
