chapter 12 💫

Avani left before you woke up. Today you were going to the Hypehouse to just chill. You take a shower and get dressed. You just put on really casual clothes and braid your hair since it was feeling a bit dirty. This is what your wearing:

You grab your purse and phone and go downstairs. You hug everyone and order an uber. It came very quickly. On the way you decide to take a quick pic to post on ur story

Once you arrive you walk up the stairs and the front door was unlocked, so you just walked in. No one was in the lounge room or down stairs. So you just went upstairs to find your friends bedroom. You got lost and ended up opening the door to Nick's bedroom. He was just lying shirtless on his bed on his phone. Once he saw you, he sat up.

"hey (y/n), what brings you here?" he asked smiling

"I just got lost trying to find avani's room mind showing me where it is?" you ask

"sure thing" he says getting up. He grabbed your hand and lead you go Avani's room. Once you reached the door, he pulled you into him. He grabbed your waist. You rested your hands around the back of his neck smiling. He stared at your lips. You just stared into his beautiful eyes. He bit his lip slightly.

"god your just so beautiful" he said while looking deeply at you. You laugh shaking your head cringing at his cheesy comment. He realises and pushes off me laughing too. Then you hear Avani coming to the door.

"omg y/n" she squeals

"hey babe" you say hugging her. She looks at Nick and asks why he's here. You explain about how you got lost and all of that. 

Fpr the rest of the day, you and avani just hang in her room watching netflix and scrolling on tiktok. At 6:00pm Thomas comes in and says that the sway and they Hypehouse are all going out for dinner and if we wanna go. We say yes and then he says to be ready by 7:00. Then he mentions that this girl called Amelie would be there too.

"who's Amelie?" you ask Avani once Thomas leaves.

"one of my friends, I think you'll love her" she says. You start to get ready using avani's things. You touch up your makeup and get changed into this:

You put your hair up into a slick back bun with gel and wear a pair of chunky platform sandals. You walk out of the bathroom and Avani's wearing this:

You both laugh at the sort of matching outfits you both were wearing. When we were ready, we went downstairs. Everyone was eyeing you both. You didn't mind and smiled at avani. You walked up to Nick and hugged him. He said that you looked great and you said thanked him returning his compliment. You turned to face him. He put his hands on your waist and looked you in the eyes.

"so apparently this girl called Amelie is gonna be there" you say

"yeah, she's one of my close friends trust me you'll love her" he says smiling.

"that's what avani said so we'll see then i guess" you smile uncertainly.

"don't worry babe, I'll be there" he say softly. You smile than the ubers all arrive. You go in one with Avani, Anthony, Chase, Charli and Nick. We arrived and all walked inside. Sitting at this massive table were the sway and the rest of the Hypehouse. The this tall tanned girl came running to Nick. You assumed it at to be the Amelie chick

"omg Nick!" she squealed while hugging him

"hey Ams" he said hugging her back

She turned and looked at me slightly making me insecure as she was stunning up close. She had deep blue eyes with the clearest skin i had ever seen. "Hi I'm Amelie, who are you?" she said. Her eyes flicked down my body as if she was observing me.

"um I'm (y/n)," you say fake smiling "I live in the sway". You wonder how many girls know Nick and frown at the ground at the thought.

"oh, ok" she says turning back to Nick. "so do you wanna sit next to me?" she asked grabbing his hands and biting her lip in a flirty way. You look at her seriously than Nick. He pulls his hands off hers softly and puts his arm around your waist.

"yeah of course but with y/n" he says letting go of your waist to walk over to the table. you just trail behind

she leans in close to him talking quietly in his ear and says "who is that girl, is she your new girlfriend?" she says frowning and crossing her arms.

"well not really" Nick says leaning a bit away. He turns to see where you were and grabs your wrist pulling you over to where we were sitting. He pulls the chair out for you but instead, Amelie sits in it. You frown not expecting that

"thanks Nick" she says smiling. Then she turns and smiles at you. You just roll your eyes. Nick sits down next to Amelie with you on the other side. Amelie keeps on talking to Nick and flirting with him. He doesn't seem to mind it though so you turn to face Jaden, who was on your other side of you and talk to him. 

Nick notices and gets a bit tense, so he starts to flirt a bit back to Amelie just to make you jealous. You notice and start to flirt even more with Jaden. God this is so childish for gods sake, you thought. 

When the food arrives, you just ignore Nick and he does the same. You wonder why he is doing this and being like this. He was talking to Amelie and she was his friend, so you talked to Jaden because he was your friend. He was acting so immature. Hold on, was he jealous? Maybe?  Anyway you ate then went home. You took a quick shower, changed into some sweats and a cropped singlet, and went to bed.

Ok so Chase and Charli just confirmed that they broke up. Wow. Tbh I kinda shipped them but y'know... Also 1130 words... Comment if you like the long chapter or prefer short chapters.
