Chapter 37

Nick's POV

I woke up in a hospital room. I look up and see Josh and Avani leaning down and talking to (y/n). I get up and walk over. The cuts on her were and bandaged up and she wasn't as pale. Josh and Avani said they were gonna go to the cafeteria at the hospital to get some breakfast. They ask if I would like anything and I reply with just a red bull.  Once they leave I turn to face (y/n). I stare her beautiful face. My eyes were wet with tears. 

"morning baby, I love you" I say. Nothing but silence fills the room. Tears raced down my cheeks. Seeing her in this state was heartbreaking. I lean in and kiss her forehead. I pull away and take her hand. "I'm here baby, and I will wait. No matter how long it takes, I will wait..." I say while crying. I kiss her hand and stand up. I walk out into the cafeteria where the others were. They both come up to me and hug me. Vani hands me my red bull and smiles weakly. I faintly smile back. We all say our goodbyes to (y/n) and go back to the hotel. We greeted by the hypehouse and the sway. Charli, Chase, Addison, Nessa and Ryland all come running up to us.

"omg is she ok?" Nessa asked. I just shrugged.

"I mean she's in a coma because she had a significant loss of blood..." I say. They all look shocked. Addison starts to cry which makes Nessa cry which makes Charli cry. I felt bad for them. Chase had to take them away and settle them. Then Chanel walked up to me. I really wasn't in the mood for her rn.

"hey babyboo, how are you?" she asks. Wow. She didn't even ask how (y/n) is doing. I didn't  even respond. She glared at me. "you're not catching feelings for that ugly hoe are you?" she said. That pushed it to far.

"what do you mean hoe? she's not ugly and she's definitely not a hoe! If anything, she a million times more prettier and more loyal than you. She told me about you and Ryland. You weren't even drunk!" I tell her. She looks shocked at first then turns away.

"whatever!" she said while storming away. 

I decide to post on insta.

I was about to put my phone away when it started buzzing. It was a number. I answer it and walked over to Avani. It was the hospital. My heart started beating. It could be good or it could be bad. 

Hospital        Nick

Hi Nick Austin speaking

Uh hi Mr Austin, we have news for your friend (y/n) richards, am I right?

Um yes that's her

Well I have good and bad news, which one would you like to know first?

Uh the good

Ok so she is alive and healthy, and the bad news is that she has to stay here for 2 days to recover

OH MY GOD! that's amazing! Can I come and visit her?

actually she is gonna wake up in 15 minutes, so if you hurry up, you might be able to make it there

thank you so much doc, I can't thank you enough

I hang up and and tell the others.

"guys! guys! can I get all of y'all attention please!" I yell. Everyone stops talking and turns to face you. "I just got a call from the hospital and they said (y/n) is alive and healthy and is gonna wake up in 15 so lets get going to visit her!" I yell. Everyone cheers and we all (including Chanel) get ubers to the hospital. When we arrive, we all gather around and wait for her to wake up. Minutes passes and it was time....

(y/n) POV

I woke up and saw the whole Hypehouse and sway house crowded around me in a room which looked like a hospital room. They all looked really happy. I look around me and see that I'm in a hospital bed. What happened? Well my thoughts were interupted by them all rushing to me. Nick and my gals were all crying. 

"(y/n)!" they all scream

"uh hey guys" I reply while trying to get up. Everything hurt. I wince in pain and they sit me back down. "owww why does everything hurt?" I ask

"well all we know is that you were found in the ocean" Addison said. When she said ocean, it all hit me. I look over at Chanel who was on her phone. What a bitch.

"do you remember anything?" Nessa asked

"yeah" I reply

"tell us" Charli said

"well I was having a shower, and I heard someone try and open the door. I got out of the shower and went to put my ring on and it wasn't there. I looked everywhere but I couldn't find it. I thought I lost it at the beach so I went to go look for it" I say

"why didn't you bring your phone?" Avani asked

"I was really worried and I forgot" I say.

"that's ok, how about we leave you with the docter to recover and we'll see you tomorrow" Addison says. I just nod and they all say bye to me except Chanel. Tbh I don't care anymore.

Nick's POV

We all went back to our hotel rooms. I was really annoyed at Chanel for just watching her drown. She was doing her night time skin routine when I walked in.

"need to talk." I say. She stops and turns to face me.

"sure babyboo" she says. The thought of (y/n) drowning and Chanel just watching her and not doing anything about it makes me mad.

"why did you just watch (y/n) drown!? she was clearly unable to save herself and someone could of saved her from this all happening, but instead you just watch her!" I say. She looks at me shocked.

"baby, I thought it was a plastic bag, and I was trying to work out what it was. If I saw (y/n) I would of um told Chase uh straight away" she lied. 

"really? well that's bullshit! not once did you even care about (y/n) and you started that fight with her and hurt her!" I yell

"I just got off on the wrong foot with her" She said. I look at her for a few seconds. I thought about it for a bit. 

"I'm sorry, I just thought that you hated her" I say

"I er would never" she says than she goes back to doing her makeup. I get changed into some sweats and a hoodie and go to bed.
