Momo:
Your quirk is called plasm. It allows you to summon this glowing plasma like substance at any time. This plasma is also extremely hot and can be used to melt things.
The drawbacks are if you use your quirk to much you can develop burns on your skin, and you can sometimes melt into a plasma puddle when put under stress.
Uraraka:
Your quirk is called dream maker. From the smoke that you exhale you can make people fall into a deep sleep and go to a dream world that you control.
Drawbacks are if overused you suffer horrid nightmares, and if you didn't get enough sleep the night before, your quirk won't be as potent.
Tsuyu:
Your quirk is called formation. You can use a substance of your choice and grow that from your hands.
The drawbacks are that you get extremely exhausted after using it, and the substances are made much like how Momo makes stuff, so you are also left hungry.
Nejire:
You are quirkless, but you are a genius with technology and that has helped you become the number eight hero.
Midnight:
Your quirk is called canceler. When others try to use their quirk on you it doesn't work, unless they have a mutant quirk.
There really are no drawbacks except that your clothes are not immune so sometimes you walk back to your agency butt naked.
Toga:
Your quirk is called Glitch. Any attack thrown at you will phase right through you.
The only drawback you've seen is the fact that you don't seem to age. While you are still young and don't know if you can still age or not you are kinda terrified at finding out.
