Fear
Is the dark water
Of the pond
It screams
Of loneliness
In the dark space
It's blinded
By the truth
And drowned out
By the lies
The cold
Empty night
Begs the silence
For the barest
Of whispers
For the most faintest
Of breaths
As the openness
Surrounds it
The trees cave in
And it's left
With only
The truth
