This is the common order. Like every other chain of order, disappointment always follows anger. Eventhough the initial reaction to things is rage, once it wears off there is nothing left but discontent.
Human affinity always entails regret, guilt, dissatisfaction among other negative feelings. But, these emotions are after-effects. After- effects of anger.
Often times when fury blinds us, our minds only comprehend the cause of our anger. But once it passes, you focus on the person related to the cause. And it fills you with feelings of disappointment and dissatisfaction because you never did expect them to do it. Do you know who is at fault here?
It's you. You expected too much, forgetting that its human nature to disappoint. Or call it an  obligation, will you?
The moment you start expecting things from someone, you are doomed. They will always come up with ways to disappoint you.
There comes a moment in time where you get so used to this, that you just stop getting angry. You try to suppress having expectations, but you still wind up having them. Another human flaw.
The cycle continues. You suppressing your expectations and anger leading up to being disstressed. Eventually you reach a phase where you don't feel a thing.
You accept every dissatisfaction as your mistake. And in fear of losing companionship, you suppress your emotions and continue smiling your way through every conflict.
Is it necessary though? Is it necessary for you to cease feeling emotions and putting yourself down? Because in the end, all that is left is -Disappointment. In you. In them. And, ultimately in the way you lived.
