"Such an odd feeling," I thought, as I dried my hair, with a rough, dry towel. It felt like my whole body was being forced into a trance every time I thought of what happened in the hallway. I shivered at the thought. Maybe the dark miasma of Devildom, was finally wrecking my senses. My gaze shifted to the simple, short nightdress I had found in the closet, and heavily sighed," Why me out of all familiars?"

It did not matter how much I thought of what happened, because I was certainty not getting answers. I picked up the white, leather belt with my doubled edge daggers, that Luke had left for me on the amber, wooden stand next to my bed, and pulled the small, yet fine weapon out of its leather sheath. "At least I have you now," I mumbled, staring t my reflection in the blade, before shoving it back into its sheath. Sitting around 'thinking' was not going to do me any help at all. Maybe it really is Devildom's miasma playing mind tricks on me, and what other better place to get answers than the RAD campus' library. Just when I shifted into my cat form, and was about to make a run to the open window of the bedroom, with my belt still firmly tied around my body, the room's sleet, black door flew open, revealing Luke with a few . . . un-welcomed guests.

"It has certainly been a while . . . Yuna," Barbatos slyly-smiled, while standing to the future lord of this twisted world called, Hell. "Are you running off again?"

I dodged the sage-green-haired demon's unnecessary question, and jumped out to the room, only to come face-to-face with the one and only Lucifer in all his big ego. So much for finding answers. The cold glare he was shooting me did not certainly go unnoticed. Was running away from Diavolo breaking a rule in this realm? But my own thoughts were swiftly cut off, by the strange troubled emotions leading to the room I had just left. Could those emotions possibly belong to Luke, or was it some cheap trick Diavolo was trying to pull off. After-all, it would not be surprised to find out the demon enjoyed toying with others emotions. With a single leap, I was back inside the room, keeping a fine good distance between me and the demons standing at the doorway. I felt caged, more than I ever was. . . I just want to go back to the Human Realm, where everything was simple . . . Just me and Minho in that small apartment. This realm it was not like the Celestial Realm, nor the Human Realm. This place . . . It was playing with my soul like a toy. "Diavolo what do you want with Yuna?!" Luke asked; his big, ocean, blue eyes watery eyes glaring at the devil Prince.
Diavolo . . . He was trying to hide something. His distant, yellowish eyes cannot hide the truth so easily. I jumped into Luke's arms, and stared at the demon for a few minutes, before letting out a small meow. " I apologize for coming so suddenly, but from what I heard, your soul is having trouble adapting . . . To this realm?" His question surprised me, but what stole my curiosity was the shadows of pain, sorrow, and dispair dancing behind that smiling mask.
"Yuna!" I fell back into reality upon hearing Luke's voice, and looked back up at Diavolo.
It took me a moment to notice I was sitting on the floor in my human form, with Luke kneeling beside me with a small vial filled with a clear liquid . . . water from the Rosea Lake in the Celestial Realm. "What going on with this place?" I asked, scratching the back, of my ghostly, orange, cat ears.

"Diavolo, I would really appreciate it if you could explain what is so important about this . . . cat?" Lucifer asked, as he helped me stand back on my two, jelly-like feet.

What was that? My head feels tipsy, and unstable. Numbness had dominated most of my senses, causing me to lean onto Lucifer for support. I saw them . . .shadows. They hovered over the small room, like vultures circling their pray. "Familiars are being . . . targeted by the shadow souls. . ." those were the last words I heared leave Barbatos' lips, as I saw those dark figures in the room floating towards me, and clinging to me. They were like leaches, sucking away all the energy inside me. They were going to kill me. . . I glanced at Luke, but he was already chanting a spell under his breath, as the vial floated between his hands, a white light radiating from his palms as he did so. My eyelids became heavy, and I felt my grip on Lucifer loosen. . .I am so so . . . tired. . .

I fell, as I heared Luke's chant echoing in my head, as the white carpet beneath me slowly got nearer and nearer. Shadow souls . . . why do they sound so familiar? I think I read of them. . .

Just when my conscious was about to slip away, I felt it . . . an arm snaking itself around my waist, and swiftly pulling me back up. My face suddenly came in contact to something . . . warm.

"Your so troublesome . . ."

The daggers strapped on my belt radiated with light, as the stranger, wrapped his other arm around my shoulders. Shadows started screams, and screeching as the light emitted form Luke and my daggers became brighter and brighter, dominating the room. They swiftly vanished as fast as they had appeared, leaving me to rest and take heavy breathes. My senses came back; I could see, hear, and feel. The numbness was gone, and I could finally-fully open my eyes, to see whom had caged me in their arms. . .

"I can see why Diavolo asked me to come . . . a Lunalight beast-worrier is certainly rare to meet."
