I checked my messenger and she's finally awake. I hit the Video Call button, I really want to see her face. She answered but it seems like she isn't in her best mood. I greeted her good morning and she just smiled. After that, she lied down on her bed and close her eyes tightly. She is visibly wincing in pain.
"Baby? What's happening?" I asked
I heard a loud shout before she disconnected the video call. I tried calling her again for the rest of the day but I can't reach her.
Its already 8 pm KST, and I still can't reach her. I can't help but worry. I tried calling Dani but she sent me a message that she's in the middle of a date.
What is happening, shall I fly back to the Philippines? I packed some clothes and called my manager.
"Aish." Manager hyung is not answering his phone. I decided to call Junmyeon. He knows about my recent trip to the Philippines and the reason behind it. Well, he could somehow relate to me.
"Ne, Minseok hyung." Junmyeon answered
"I need to go back to the Philippines tonight."
"Are you asking for permission or you're just letting me know?" He laughed
"I want to go back, I can't connect with her since our video call was disconnected early this morning. I saw her in pain, its bothering me. I think something happened to her." I said. My voice full of worry.
"I wish I could let you go, but remember that we have to participate to SMTown in Osaka for three days starting tomorrow until the 30th. So I think it's impossible for you to go."
"Oh yes, I almost forgot about that. This is frustrating, being here not knowing what's happening to your woman. How have you handled that all these years?"
I was talking about Junmyeon's struggles with his wife whom he has been longing to be with for 5 long years. I just met Y/N recently and I can't help but worry about her. I can't imagine how hellish Junmyeon must be feeling every single day that he's away with his wife, whom he misses, knowing that she never wish to see him anymore. "You don't want to know how bad it was hyung. Everyday feels like hell." He said, his voice full of pain. "Mianhe hyung, I think you need to endure not seeing her." He continued
"I understand. See you at home." I
Going back to the Philippines is not possible anymore so I tried calling her one more time, but I still can't reach her. I'm out of options so I dialed Dani's number again, even if it means that I will disturb her date. Mianhe Dani.
"Hey, what's wrong with you? I told you I'm on a date right now." She sounded very annoyed
"It's about Y/N, I haven't heard anything from her today. She's not answering any of my calls and messages. I'm just worried, I saw her wincing in pain earlier this morning, and I even heard her yell loudly before the video call disconnected."
"Oh that, well she's feeling out of sorts today. You should get use to it."
"What do you mean? She's sick?"
"Nope. Hmmm, this happens to her monthly. You know, girl thing. She ignores the world whenever it's the first day of her period. So keep calm, she'll probably contact you tomorrow."
Dani re-assures me that I should not worry. But I can't help it.
"I just hope she tell me these things. I can't help but worry about her."
"What a dedicated boyfriend! Believe me she'll contact you soon. I'll go back inside; my boyfriend is waiting for me."
"Copy. Thank you."
