Part 12: Denied

We were enjoying our kiss when someone grabbed me from the back. I turn around and saw two pair of eyes looking at me.

"Who the hell are you and what are you doing with my daughter inside my house?!"

"What is this (Y/N)? Who the hell is this guy and why is he kissing you?!" The guy turned to (Y/N) whose eyes and jaw are now wide open.

"Dad, I-I can explain..."

"Elizabeth, darling, go and get your daughter. She's not leaving her room until I say so." Said the man who looks like he wants to strangle me.

"Alejandrino, don't you think this is too much?" Said the woman whose eyes looks too kind and welcoming.

"Too much? Coming home from vacation and seeing that kid kissing someone whom I never met before, that, that is too much!"

The man called Alejandrino must be her dad and Elizabeth must be her mom. Her dad looks like he's gonna kill me right then and there while her mom looks neutral.

Well, I can understand her dad's feelings, if someday I'll come home from a vacation and "caught" my daughter kissing some guy, I'll definitely do the same.

"I am his bo— "

"No!" She cut me off and signaled me not to continue what I am about to say.

"Uhm, Dad, he's my...my friend. I'll explain this to you, just let him off the hook" She said, pleading her case.

"I'm not talking to you Y/N, I'm asking him who is he." Said her dad who has called her in complete name twice, he must be really angry.

"I'm sorry" she mouthed as her mom pulled her out of the Dining.

My eyes went wide after hearing what she said. Did she just deny me in front of her parents?

My POV

Minseok walked closer to me, until I am cornered her between him and the fridge.

"Deja vu." I said

"Hmmm?"

"I saw this scene in my dream before, I think that was the day before I met you." I said

"In your dream, am I this close?" He said teasing me while inching his face closer to mine.

I didn't answer him, what I did is I closed the gap between our lips and we kissed there. I can still clearly remember everything that Derrick did to me in this very place, but I am sure that I will first remember this moment with Minseok whenever I am in the Dining area.

We were savoring our kiss when Minseok's lips parted from mine. I opened my eyes to ask why did he do that when I saw my parents standing inside the Dining. My jaw dropped open. I thought that they were extending their vacation a few more days, why are they home too soon?

My dad looked like he's fuming in anger while my mom looks surprised.

"Who the hell are you and what are you doing with my daughter inside my house?!" My dad and his big voice.

Minseok who was also startled couldn't even talk and respond to my dad's question so he turned to me.

"What is this (Y/N)? Who the hell is this guy and why is he kissing you?!" My dad must be really angry because he called me by my complete name.

"Dad, I-I can explain..." I said.

My dad was never strict about us having a guy in our lives, but seeing his youngest kissing someone he doesn't even know would probably reach his boiling point.
