Blue got up to answer the door. His master stood outside in his dark coat.

"What took you so long Blue? I was beginning to develop frostbite!" yelled Mr. Black. He threw his coat at his butler and walked into the Dining Room to sit at the head of the table. "Thank you all for coming this evening. I hope you all traveled here safely, so let's get straight to the reason why you are all here." Everyone sitting at the table was not looking at the food on their plate but at the host.

"Why are we here, Mr. Black, if that is your name." Mrs. Gold said suspiciously.

"Yes, why do we have fake names?" asked Colonel Blood.

"You all have to have avatar names because we may be explaining why I am blackmailing you tonight, so none of you will attempt to snitch on what the other has done."

"So you're the one who is blackmailing us? Why, what did we ever do to you?" exclaimed Ms. Silver.

"Because I love my wealth and so far I'm beginning to lose it! Now since I have enough money from the blackmail. I'm going to hopefully have some fun around here." Mr. Black rose from his chair and began to leave the room. "Will you all join me in the Study, please?" All the guests rose from the seats and began to follow the mystery man into another room. "May you all please have a seat?" They all sat down in a seat that was closest to them.

"Can you please tell us what is going here before I begin to lose myself?!" yelled Mr. Navy.

"Yes, you're all invited here tonight because I have proposition. I have the evidence to the reasons I am blackmailing you all. I will destroy the evidence if you prove that the evidence is fake."

"How?" asked Mr. Jade.

"You all are going to be given 'gifts' that Blue will hand out to all of you. Blue can you get my bag from outside in the hall?" Blue stepped outside into the hallway and grabbed a large black bag and handed out large black boxes tied in red velvet bow with their avatar names attached.

"I do love getting especially from mysterious men." said Ms. Violet as she received the dark gift from Blue. They all began to open their gifts and saw what was inside... a murder weapon. "A candlestick, how odd."

Ms. Violet received a candle stick, Colonel Blood a wrench, Ms. Silver a sharp dagger, Mr. Jade got a lead pipe, Mrs. God a white, knotted rope, Ms. Ruby a switchblade, Ms. Magenta a leather belt, and Mr. Navy a pistol. They all knew what they had in common, and the room filled with silence to only hear shallow breathing.

"You all want to get out of here, so do I. I wish for us all to leave here in one piece and very much alive. But only Blue has the key to the door, and he will only give up the key over his cold, dead body. The only way for us to get out of here is if one of you would kill Blue...now." Mr. Black then switched off the lights. There was then a loud bang for which no one could tell who it came from. Ms. Silver screamed and turned on the lights for everyone to see Mr. Black's dead body on the ground bleeding from the forehead.

"Who killed him?" asked Mrs. Gold.

"I don't know." said Mr. Navy checking his pulse. "He is very much dead."

"You had the pistol, did you kill him." Ms. Magenta pointed out.

"No someone was trying to pull it out of my hand!" yelled Mr. Navy. Everyone crowded around the dead corpse inspecting to make sure he was actually dead.

"Not really many people can survive a shot to the head." noted Colonel Blood. "Blue, do you know what happened here tonight?"

"No, I do not. He didn't tell me about the murder weapons that he would give to you. He told me he wanted me to kill all of you, but I guess change of plans."

"He wanted us dead?!" exclaimed Ms. Silver.

"Yes, I refused to murder you all. That would be a burden I couldn't live with."

"Who killed him?!" shouted Mr. Jade.

"You all had a good chance of killing him and you all had the perfect motive because he was blackmailing you all for something you may or may not have done." explained Blue. Just then there was screaming from another part of the mansion. They all got up to run to the source of the noise. The door to the screamer was bolted.

"Who is in the room?" asked Colonel Blood.

"Oh my gosh, it's Valerie!" said Ms. Violet. They rushed through the door as soon as Blue unlocked the door.

"Why were screaming, Valerie?" asked Mr. Navy.

"You locked me in this house with a murderer, Blue! What type of idiot does that. One of the guests that Mr. Black invited could try to kill me or you. Please don't leave me alone by myself!" cried Valerie. They all led her into the study where Mr. Black laid dead. "Oh my gosh, is he--"

"Dead? Yes. Someone shot him in the forehead." explained Colonel Blood.

"We still don't know who could have possibly killed him!" exclaimed Mrs. Gold. Everyone started to go into deep thought. Who could have done this? They all had the perfect motive. One or more of them could have done such a dreadful thing.

"Ms. Silver!" gasped Ms. Violet. Everyone turned their heads to where Ms. Silver was sitting.

"Why would I ever try to kill someone. Sure he was blackmailing me, but why would ever commit a crime like that!" Ms. Silver defended.

"I saw the way he was looking at you. He wanted you dead I could tell, but you beat him before he could lay a hand on you."

"That is a very odd accusation, Ms. Violet, why are you the first to accuse me? You could have snatched the gun out of Navy's hands and shot him straight in the head." accused Ms. Silver.

"Blue, Valerie, is there anyone else in this house?" asked Mr. Jade.

"Only the cook." Valerie and Blue said in unison.

"THE COOK!" they all exclaimed.
