6 | everything's new

"Mom! I'm home!" Jisung yelled. Jisung's mom was in the kitchen. She looked over and sees Jisung and Chenle.

"Hi sweetie. Is he a new friend of yours?" She asks. Jisung looked at her and nodded his head.

"Yea. He's new at school. Is it fine if he can stay over?" Jisung asks. She nods her head.

"Are his parents okay with it?" Jisung's mother asks. Jisung turns around and looks at Chenle. Chenle nodded his head.

"Yea. It's fine with his family," Jisung said.

"Alright. I hope you two have fun tonight. Also do you mind telling me your name?" She asks. Chenle looks at her and smiles.

"My name is Chenle," Chenle introduces himself. She gave him a smile back.

"Alright. Let's go," Jisung said as he grabbed Chenle's arm and dragged him to his room. Jisung opened the door to his room. He let Chenle walk in.

"You're room is so small and cute," Chenle said. Jisung looked at him with a confused face.

"Small? My room is average size," Jisung said. Chenle turned back and looked at him.

"It is?" Chenle asked. Jisung nodded his head.

"I'm sorry. I forgot that you probably live in a mansion here and have a master bedroom all to yourself," Jisung said as he rubbed his nape. Chenle slowly nodded his head.

"Yea. It's a lot more different from your house," Chenle said.

"You'll get used to it anyways!" Jisung said. Chenle gave him a bright smile and nodded his head.

"Come back safely please!" Jisung's mother yelled. Jisung softly chuckled and nodded his head.

"I will. We'll be back real quick anyways!" Jisung yelled.

"Thank you for dinner!" Chenle said. She smiled and waved at him.

Chenle and Jisung were heading out the house. Jisung decided that it should be a good idea that they watch a movie with a bunch of snacks and drinks. Chenle simply followed him as they were heading to the convenience store.

They made it to the store and headed inside. Jisung started grabbing a bunch of chips and candy while Chenle was just looking around the place clueless.

He'd never been in a convenience store before. It was all so new to him.

"Are you just going to stand there and look around? Come on! Grab some drinks!" Jisung chuckled. He could tell how mesmerized he was just by the look on his face. Chenle turned his head and looked at him. He nodded his head.

After getting a lot of snacks and drinks. They went up to the cash register. Jisung took out his wallet but Chenle stopped him by handing the cashier his debit card.

"Chenle. You didn't have to do that," Jisung mumbled. Chenle got his card back and grabbed the bag of snacks.

"I don't mind paying," Chenle smiled. Jisung just looked at him as he was heading out the store. He quickly followed him.

"I'll pay you back," Jisung said as he reached up to him. Chenle looked at him and shook his head.

"It's fine. I didn't really waste a lot of money anyways," Chenle said. Jisung looked at him and nodded his head.

They walked together. Chenle again grabbed his hand and held it tight, still not getting used to it Jisung started to blush again. They were slowly getting close to Jisung's house. Jisung's mother was sitting by the window looking outside when she sees Chenle and Jisung holding hands.

"What a liar. Told me that he was his friend but it's really his boyfriend. Why is he so scared to tell me about his relationships?" Jisung's mother said.

Soon enough Jisung and Chenle entered the house. They walked to Jisung's room but before Jisung could even enter his room his mother stopped him.

"Jisung! Can you come here for a second?" She yelled. Jisung turned his head and nodded. He signaled Chenle to go inside his room while he talks to his mother.

"What's up?" Jisung said as he heads over to his mother.

"Why didn't you tell me that Chenle was your boyfriend?" She said. Jisung widened his eyes.

"W-What. Chenle? I told you... he's just a friend," Jisung said. She looked at him and gave him a stern look.

"I saw you two holding hands on your way here," She said. Jisung mentally cursed at himself.
