I led them through the familiar hallways of Nix. Eventually we came to a corridor lined with doors.

"Don't worry, only one has a prisoner." I said. "Gisela just likes showing off."

I slid down to the third door to the right, unwrapped my make shift bandage, and squeezed a little blood on a sensor pad. the door swung open to reveal my doppelganger.

"Nox?" She asked.

Then she saw her friends. After a quick reunion I ushered them out, only to turn the corner, and... slam into a body.

"Noxy?!?!" Ruy said, shocked.

Then he saw my associates.

"Nox, what are they doing here?!?!" He yelled, getting in a fighting stance.

"I'm so sorry!" I said, dropping a knock-out gas bomb.

The room was so foggy, I knew the others would come.

"Run!" I yelled, grabbing the nearest arm, and taking-off.

We were so close to the door I could smell it. I reached forward to rip it open when... Oh no. Two massive Ogres decided to block my path. Rude

"Sanguine Noctis Sencen!"

I wiped around, my mother behide us.

"Wait, what?" Keefe said.

Every one looked confused, I was deadly pale, and my mother was going to kill us.

"Oh! Keefe is here too!" She said smiling. "Now I want you to give the Moonlark and Sanguine back."

"Your highness." I said. "One, our names are Nox and Capillum, first names are dumb. And two, I don't think so."

"You chose the wrong side."

"I chose better then you." I whispered. "You guys run, I'll cover you."

My team took out the Ogres in seconds, once they made it out I slowly started to retreat outside. I was so close when- BAM! My sword flew from my grip! I went to grab it. Big mistake. My opponent took advantage of how off balance I was and slashed his sword down my arm. I screamed, gritting my teeth. He raised his sword up again, bringing it down so fast I couldn't doge in time! I closed me eyes, and- BANG! I heard the sword hit metal, I opened my eyes to see Sophie fighting him. I ran to pick up my sword. Another figure grabbed Sophie, I started to run back to help her. That's when I saw him- Keefe! And boy, was he was in trouble! Another figure about to end him! Sophie could wait a second! I ran over, tackling the elf. He growled as I got up, clutching his sword.

"Lets end this." I whispered, just loud enough for him to hear.

We ran at each other slashing left and right! I obviously would have won if he hadn't stabbed me in the side. It hurt too much to make a sound. I dropped to my knees, sucking in sharp breaths. He grabbed me by the scuff of my cloak, dragging me to the edge of the cliff. I felt myself falling when suddenly I hit a rock I slid the rest of the way down. I was neck-deep in cold, red, snow. Then my conscience slipped away and I felt no more.
