chapter 8

 keith pov

i wake up the next day with tears un my eyes just having a terrible nightmare. I hate voltor I wish he never comes back agian. I hate the fact that I'm scaring lance so bad. I hate that I'm week and depressed, I hate that I'm pregnant I hate everything. I just lay in bed crying for a little bit before getting up. once I get up I make it to the kiction where hunk is making what smells like yummy food which I haven't  had in two days I hope he lets get food. 

"oh hey Keith your getting the first bowl sense I know you probably haven't eaten in days" hunk says and I smile happily. I grab the bowl sitting down and eating soon everyone else comes and joins me. I look around for lance but I don't see him

"um where is lance?"i ask getting worried

"he hasn't been out of his room in days he's been trying to come up with a plan to stop voltor from coming after you, ive tried talking to him but its useless" pidge says

" he has been worried sick about you ever sense u came back pregnant and sense he found out about what they have been doing to you, and honestly we all have became worried I just think lance Is taking it to the next level" hunk says looking down

" if we don't do anything now to calm him down lance could end up captured or killing them which none of those we want keith do you can talk to him"? shiro asks

" i will try " I say getting up walking to lance room I nock on the door waiting for an answer

"go away" lance yells I can tell he's been crying

"lance can I come in" I say 

" Keith I sure" lance say hoping the door letting me in

"lance whats going on your worrying me you've been going on a rant page for days its not healthy" I say holding lance hand

" i know but I hate what they are doing to you I want them to be punished I want them to feel what you felt " lance says holding my hand tighter I could tell he's scared.

"lance I promise they well be punished but you to calm down please I don't want u end up killing someone so please " I say hugging lance

" im sorry Keith I'll try I promise " lance says

"good now you need to get some sleep ok lance" I say kissing him

" ok I will u just be careful with your child" lance say smiling 

" lance I wanted to ask you something" I say getting nervous

" what is it?" lance asks

" well I know I don't want voltor to be the father of this child and sense im the mother I think this child im carrying is going to need a father figure , so would u want to be the father?" I ask looking down scared that he'll rejected me cause I'm carrying a glara baby.

"oh my gosh of course I would be the father it may not be mine by blood but I sure well treat it like it is " lance smiling kissing me 

i kiss back im so happy" thank you lance so much" I say but soon feel water everywhere 

" lance?! " I say scared and shaking " my water just broke" I said crying

" hang in there keith I got you " lance says picking me up bring me to the healing pod room

" guys keiths water just broke help me out" lance says through the intercome and soon after everyone is running in

" lance ill dilviar the baby can you keep guard?" pidge ask 

" no I want lance here shiro take guard please" I say reaching out for lance which he comes and takes my hand

" got it " shiro say guarding the door

" ok keith I need you to breath and push" pidge says so I breath and push but as I push it hurts so much I scream and shut my eyes 

" ok keith to more pushes" pidge says I push one more time almost fanting 

" i cant  push I cant" I say

" come keith one more and the baby will be out" pidge says

" i cant" I say refusing soon i feel lance leave my side

" lance? " I say scared

" you need to push keith or else I wont come" lance says 

" i fine " I say pushing and screaming as lance comes back holding my hand after that I here a crying voice and its not me I smile 

" congratulations Keith its a baby girl" pidge says cleaning it and wrapping it warm cloths handing it me. I take the baby and hold it smiling

" lance look"   I say and lance smiles at keith and his new baby girl 

" you did It keith we have a family and I promise ill protect you for ever" lance says kissing me 

" ok lance give keith his space he needs to rest hes been through  a lot" pidge says 

" ok night keith " lance says kissing me and walking out the door

" night"  I say as soon as they leave voltor comes in locking the door and coming over to me I try to get up but I forgot im trapped down t the bed 

" thanks for dilvaring the child ill take her now" voltor says

" no!!!!!!!!! don't touch her" I try yelling but voltor takes her and punches me in the stomach and i cough up blood

" keith keith are u alright?" I here lance yelling

" lance lance help me voltor is taking our child" I yell and soon the door is kicked down and lance shot voltor and took out baby back walking over to me

after voltor was shot shiro went over to him and handed coughed him and out him in prision 

" keith are you ok im so sorry I left you I am never leaving you agian" lance says holding my hand and making sure the child Is safe

" yes im ok hey lance what should we name her?" I ask 

" well I always liked the name violet " lance says

" violet that has a good ring to it how about violet mclang" I say blushing 

" actually about that Keith you have been the love of my life sense for ever and I cant live another day with out you and violet I want to be there b your side for ever protect you , help you, make you nothing but smile and happy so I want to do the honors in asking you to make me the happiest man on earth will you marry me? " lance says getting down on one knee and holding my hand. I just start crying 

" yes!" I say kissing lance and he kissing me back hugging me tightly and I smile

i here the others cheering and congratulating us and soon it turns into a party celebration.
