there's only one week until playlist. i get to meet jadens friends, my supporters, and most of all, payton.
we've been facetiming a lot lately and he keeps calling me nicknames such as beautiful, baby, and princess is my favorite. we aren't even dating but i'm not complaining. i think i heard him and jaden on facetime earlier and i think payton was asking jaden how he should ask me to be his girlfriend. i'm not 100% sure but i'm pretty positive.
it's friday, a week before we leave for playlist, and it's 7 pm. i was scrolling through tik tok in my bed, when i get a facetime call from payton. i pick up and he's shirtless in gray sweats dancing around his room to After Party by Don Toliver.
i couldn't help but smile. he's so cute🥺
"hey precious" he said to me. 'that's new and i love it' i thought
"hi" i said. i guess i seemed sad so he grabbed his phone and laid in bed.
"what's wrong sweetheart?" he sounded worried.
"i lo- i mean nothing." i said and nervously laughed.
"FAITHHHH!" he shouted
"COMING" she said
"what do you need your sister for?" i questioned him
he went on mute and ignored my question. i'm good at lip reading so i could tell that he asked her something about how can u tell when a girl is sad and she said if they are really dry or have short responses.
he then got off mute and she left his room.
"baby. i know theres something wrong. please just tell me. i love yo- i mean i'm here for you and you can tell me." he said.
i then started crying and jaden came in my room at the same time.
payton looked so upset and confused and jaden did too.
jaden ran over to me and asked me what's wrong and rubbed my back.
then, everything went black.
