Hi, my name is Kirishima Miho or just Miho, and I live in a world where our names matter the most. What exactly does this mean, you ask? Well, at birth we are all assigned a name and most of them have meanings, right?

In this world, the meaning of our names gives us powers. This probably makes so sense right now, so I'll give an example. I'll use my name as an example, because I'm not all that creative, haha. My name is Miho, obviously, and in Japanese, it means fire/flame, etc, so when I turn sixteen, I'll have to go through a test with the government and... hopefully get my power. 

You see, not everyone passes the test and they become powerless. Apparently, according to my best friend, Kazane, the test is very hard, and you get three tries to pass the test. She also mentioned that the more powerful your power is, the harder the test is, but I think I'll be okay because my power isn't that strong... I think...
