A/N: Well... thanks for taking the time to read this :) Just like to say that I take no credit for the plot or characters. This story is taken from one of my favourite shows of the same title (Do check out the original on youtube: Links were put up in the description). I simply transcribed it into book form. This is the reason why it's under fanfiction... if there was a category for "Originally a Movie, Transcribed into Book"... I'd click that.
I still don't know whether I'm infringing copyright by doing so... could anyone tell me if I am? I'll take it down at once. Before you decide whether I am infringing it or not, could you kindly watch the movies? I've kept the main story, but edited out a lot of rather (in my opinion) unecessary stuff, added things in and got rid of several characters. Plus, I've rearranged and altered the sequence of events quite a bit. Again, all credit for the main plot idea goes to the creators of "Jonathan Creek".
This is my first attempt at anything approaching a finished story, so don't expect too much. Comments are very welcome, negative or otherwise. Should you not like the story, please do not hesistate to tell me so, but kindly give me reasons as well. Citique is always good for budding thirteen-going-on-fourteen-year-old writers like me!
