Chapter 1-The Portal

-Ariel's P.O.V-

        "This is stupid."

        "Oh c'mon don't be such a stick in the mud Belle. This'll be fun."

        Jasmine and I raced towards the pool as Belle, Cinderella, and Mulan trudged along behind.

        Jasmine and I hung over the ivory railing and peered into the bright bubbling pool.

        "This really isn't a good idea..."

        Jasmine and I glanced at each other evilly and pushed Cinderella into the pool. She let out a small shriek before splashing into the swirling abyss below.

        We all waited a moment for her to come back up and scream at us but it never happened.

        "Shit..."

        "Ok, maybe its a joke, I'll dive in and see if I can find her. Maybe she's messing with us."

        I dived in over the railing with no problem.

        The second I landed in the water it was as though I was caught in a whirlpool.

        In a flash of white I found myself surrounded by loud sounds and bright colors.

        "ARIEL!"

        I look up to see Cinderella running towards me.

        "Where are we?"

        "I have no clue..."

        She trailed off as suddenly Belle, Mulan, and Jasmine appeared behind us.

        "Whoa, what is this place?"

        "Are you girls alright? And since you're curious, you're in LA."

        The five of us turn around to see an older man, he had dark skin and wore bright clothes. His eyes widened at us and we looked down at ourselves.

        Belle's skin darkened until she looked as though she was of Hispanic decent and her hair shortened and turned black. Cinderella's hair turned auburn as her eyes transformed from blue to brown. Jasmine's skin lightened so she was also now of Hispanic decent, except she was lighter then Belle, and her black hair turned brown. Mulan's eyes turned blue suddenly. I raked my hand through my hair to find it now longer and it to be dark brown instead of red.

        "We should get you five inside, come with me."

        We followed closely behind the man, not the least bit shocked by the size of his home, since it was smaller then our castle's. The style was startling though.

        The five of us explained to him who we were and what happened, and we learned his name was Todrick Hall.

        "Well girls, since it'll be strange if you have the names you have now, we'll need to change them. Now, Jasmine..."

        Her head snapped up as Todrick spoke to her.

        "I see you as a...Alex!"

        She just shrugged and nodded.

        "Cindy, how about Jordan?"

        "Ohh, I like it."

        He smiled at her brightly before turning to Belle.

        "Now Belle, how about Anne?"

        Belle thought for a moment before shaking her head.

        "Alright, what about....Lucia?"

        "Its nice, I like it."

        "Mulan?"

        She stiffened a little and looked at us all for a moment.

        "Flora."

        Todrick smiled at her and Mulan, I mean 'Flora', glared and Cinderella, I mean 'Jordan', when she giggled.

        "Ariel, hmmm. How about, Cassiopeia?"

        I grinned.

        "I love it, it's...unique."

        He clapped his hands and stood up.

        "Well alright girls, welcome home."
