it was around 7:00 am. i knew cynthia was up so i called asking if she wanted to go on a run with me around the neighborhood. she said yes and i got changed.

i changed into my sports bra and leggings and grabbed my phone and went to her house. we went on a 30 minute run and then parted ways.

when i got home it was 7:45 so i jumped in the shower changing into my bathing suit and putting a white pull over dress over it.

i went downstairs and made breakfast which consisted of waffles, fruit, and smoothies and then chocolate milk for the girls.

i got sawyer and nic up sitting them down in their high chairs and then went to my room to go wake troy up.

"baby." i said nudging him slightly. i went to go kiss his lips thinking it'd wake him up, which i was right but resulted in him pulling me into a make out session. i straddled his lap until i remembered we had to get up.

"baby, come eat with us then take a shower we're leaving at 10:30 love." i said smiling.

"okay mamas i love you." he said. while we were walking out he smacked my ass making me hit him. we ate and he went to shower while i got the girls ready.

sawyer had a cute pale pink suit on while nic had a purple suit on. we waited for troy and then were off to go to the beach. i told cynthia i'd get them starbucks as well.

troy was driving and we were listening to the 8 letters album by why don't we because i'm in love with them.

i got all the drinks for all 8 of us and we were almost at the beach. when we arrived i grabbed sawyer while troy grabbed nic. we found cynthia and quinton and sat sawyer and nic down with daniel and nora.

they were in a tent like thing so the sun doesn't hurt them to much. we put sunscreen on them and eachother. the boys went to go swim while me and cynthia tanned and sat with the kids.

"how are you guys doing?" she asked with her eyes closed.

"good just super busy." i said sighing.

"something else is bothering you. what is it?" she asked.

"me and troy haven't had alone time in forever. don't get me wrong i love my babies more than ever but for 3 years we haven't been alone. and i'm literally always wanting to do something with him now." i said laughing.

"why don't you ask charli and griff? i'm sure they'd love it." she said. and that was a great idea.

"omg your so smart i love you." i said. she laughed and said i love you too. i got out my phone and texted charli.

after being at the beach for 6 hours. yes 6 hours. we decided to head home. i told troy that charli and griff was watching sawyer and nic tonight.

we ran home and grabbed the overnight stuff and was on our way to LA where charli and griff were.

"are you excited to see auntie charli?" i asked in a baby voice.

"hehe yeahhh!" sawyer said laughing.

we made it there pretty quick and said goodbye to charli and the girls. i kissed them bye and me and troy went back home.

once we got home we fell on the couch.

"finally time alone." troy said standing in between my legs.
